Providing Manpower including consumables for Bird/Animal Chasing/Scaring, disposal of FOD's (like dead birds/animals, kites, polythene, papers, glass, pebbles etc), for control of wild life in operational area at Jabalpur Airport, daily two shifts at the airside operational area for safe operation of aircrafts. (Total Manpower in each shift shall not be less than 7 nos. confirming of 1 semi-skilled and 6 un-skilled manpower ) 02 Manpower Semi-skilled 12 Manpower Un-skilled (Manpower shall be provided everyday without any break throughout the year, suitable relievers shall be provided to accommodate the weekly off to the deployed manpower to comply the labour regulations.) *Note- The Payment to the Contract Employee per Month Shall Not be Less than the Minimum Wages ((as per notification issued by Chief Labour Commissioner F.No.1 / 27(3) / 2024-LS-II Dtd. 25.09.2024) as mentioned. Revised order as may be issued by Chief Labour Commissioner from time to time shall be applicable. The Difference due to hike in minimum wages, ESIC, Bonus shall be reimbursed to the working Agency without any Profit. Providing Consumables- Fire Crackers (minimum length of safety fuse will be 4cm), Cylinders for Zone Guns, Uniform, Gumboots, Raincoat, Shoes, High Visibility Jackets, etc. for deployed Manpower. (Reflecting Film and Zone guns etc. shall be provided by AAI). [(2 sets of uniform (pant and shirt), 1 No. high visibility jacket, 1 pair of shoes & 3 pair of socks, 01 sweater, 01 raincoat, 01 umbrella, 01 Gum Boot for each manpower once in a year], [02 pkt. of crackers (each pkt. containing 10 units) each day] and [06 LPG Commercial cylinders for Zone guns in every 2 months.] Note:- Rates should be inclusive of Minimum wages, PF, ESIC, Bonus, GST and Consumables.
