Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Finalo coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.)

Cleaning of carpet as per 6 steps below 1. vaccum cleaning by vaccume cleaner of suitable capacity to suck up dry dirt and dust from fabric2. Removing chemicals and foam produced by fabric cleaner by vaccuming through wet vaccume cleaner and sucking up all the required liquid and dirt produced. 4 Spraying antimicrobial solution in desires quantity and dilution as per direction of E-in-C by sprayers and leaving surfrace to dry up. 5. Vaccuming of carpet by dry & wet vaccume cleaner to suck up any moisture left up in the carpet. 6 Spraying deoderant in appropriate quantity in carpet to remove the odours produced by microbial solution.

Cleaning of wall fabric as per 4 steps below 1. vaccum cleaning by vaccume cleaner of suitable capacity to suck up dry dirt and dust from fabric 2 Spraying antimicrobial solution in desires quantity and dilution as per direction of E-in-C by sprayers and leaving surfrace to dry up. 3. Vaccuming of wall fabric by dry & wet vaccume cleaner to suck up any moisture left up in the fabric. 4 Spraying deoderant in appropriate quantity in wall fabric to remove the odours produced by microbial solution.

Cleaning of roof including repairing of plaster in cement mortar 1:4 in patches and curing for 7 days including painting of polymer based sealer for prevention of dampness in as per manufactururer instructions and instructions of E-in C in horizontal and vertical surfraces up to a height of 12M including jhula scaffolding ect whatever required as per site condition.

Repairing,cleaning and maintenance of chair including cleaning by suitable means as per 6 steps below 1. vaccum cleaning by vaccume cleaner of suitable capacity to suck up dry dirt and dust from fabric 2. Applying fabric cleaner of appropriate chemicals suitable for fabric including cleaning of stains as far as possible without damaging the fabric by mixing in appropriate quantity and dilution as per direction of E-in-C by mechanised or manual process 3. Including repairing of chairs by hardware materials suitable for auditorium chair as per manufacturer including fixing of springs, handles, repairing of upholstry ect whatever required to make chairs fully functional.

Covering upholstry of chairs by stiching covers of fabric of suitable type as per instructions of E-in-C including printing of CSIR mono of appropriate size as per instruction of E-in-C

Providing and applying multicoat synthetic plaster as per approved design, pattern texture in 3 mm thick on new plastered surface finished in proper line and level as directed by Engineer-in-charge in five coats consisting of composition of four order of application given as under includig all materials, labour Tools and Plant etc. 1) Scrapping of the new surface and applying sealer primer mixed with water in the ratio 1:3 (part sealer primer : 3 part water) and applying by brush @ 0.25 kg/sqm. 2) Applying levelling coat of spectrum rustic fine or equivalent with trwel as a putty finished to generate required texture by trowel. 3) Applying third coat of synthetic plaster with trwel @ 2.5 kg/sqm finished to generate required texture by trwel. 4) Applying two coats of exterior super fine pigmented acrylic wall coating as top coat @ 0.5 kg/sqm in two coats and colours as approved by Engineer-in-charge all up to a height of 10m
