Past Performance: The bidder's past performance is considered, with a percentage of 80% mentioned. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are:

- 35% of estimated bid value
- 20% of estimated bid value
- 15% of estimated bid value
- 25 percent of bid quantity - 25% of the contracted quantity - 3 Years of past experience required for same/similar service Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include:
