CHS DR'S / STAFF'S QUARTER AND PHC Temisgam

Electrical Main Panel: Main Control Panel having separate cubicals for each equipment viz. isolation for Hot Water Generator, DOL started for Hot water Circulation pump/HWG 3 Nos, DOL starter for Brine pump , 1 nos (1 hp), DOL starter for HSD pump 1 no (1 hp). On-Load Change Over Switch (40 A), MCCB (40A). The control panel shall be provided with the copper bus bars dully insulated of required ratings and 3 in 1 digital Voltmeter / Ammeter / Frequency meter, indicators etc .

Chimney for 4 Lac Kcal / hr boiler flu gas duct externally mounted support raising with MS sheet 3mm thick at 3m above the Ground level.

EXPANSION TANK: HDPE (tripple layer) with necessary connection , Insulation and Al.Cladding. The job also includes steel structure of suitable height of Capacity 300 litres. The expansion tank shall be placed at highest point of the building and shall be connected with 1/2" MS pipe with suction side of the header.

Y-Strainers 80mm ( C.I Flanged)

SITC of HWG 4 Lac Kcal/Hr (HORIZONTAL FIRE TUBE) fitted with control panel and all boiler mountings/ accessories . The boiler shall be mounted on concrete foundation of required size suitable with the size of th eboiler and minimum height of 6" with required fittings etc. OR the foundation shall be made of angle iron of suitable size if the temperature at site is in minus degrees and not suitable for concrete making. the job also includes civil work of concrete making.

SITC of Heavy Duty MS Class "C" Pipes coated with metal primer, white paint and including all fittings like flanges, TEE, Bends, Reducers etc. 1" dia

Valve 4" Dia (Butterfly Valve)

PUMPS: SITC of Brine circulation Monobloc Pump with mechanical seal of 12.5 LPS at 16 Mtr (100 mm suction & 100 mm delivery). The circulation pump shall be mounted on concrete foundation of required size with minimum height of 6" with required fittings. The job also includes civil works of concrete making.

SITC of steel panel radiator confronming to EN442 standard of capacity 750 Kcal/Hr; type 22 Min area 0.3Meter sq (600x500mm), fitted with supply and return valve.

4000 Kcal/Hr (Type 22 Convector 600mmx1800mm)

UNDER GROUND TANK: SITC of underground HSD storage tank of 10KL capacity fabricated out of 6mm MS sheet and with metal primer, manhole with locking provision, 2 coat of red oxide primer and two coat of bitumen paint to external surface of the tank. The tank shall undergo hydro test and weight of the tank shall be checked by engineer incharge the cost of which shall be borne by the contractor. The job also includes all civil works i.e. excavation of earth work of proper size at site and levelling of excavated earth on which the underground tank has to be placed and filling back of earth.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of acoustic enclosed D.G set (MAKE CUMMINS / KIRLOSKAR ) generating 40 KVA power at 1500 RPM rated for continuous duty with an additional 10% overload capacity for one hour in a period of 12 Hours of continuous operating at site conditions and confirming to standard operational BS 649/5514,BS 649/5514 inclusive of all standard accessories and instruments panel synchronous alternator 40 kva AC 3phase 415 V 50Hz 1500 RPM 0.8 power factor alternator shall be in SPDP enclosure self-erected ,self-regulated confirming to IS 4722/BS 2613 complete with Battery, Base frame ,Fuel system/tank. Acoustic enclosure: Acoustic enclosure suitable for 40 KVA D G set and fabricated from high grade cold rolled cold annealed (CRCA) sheet and steel members lined with density sound absorption material to reduce the sound level to 7-75 decibels measured from distance of 3 meters away from the set. The job includes providing and fixing of cable from DG set to Control panel and earthing , fuel transfer pump,.

Non toxic antifreeze (The right antifreeze product intended for use in heating boilers not automobile as the chemicals are different ) Propylene Glycol mixture is installed in the system to avoid costly water or mold contamination . The amount or volume of antifreeze need to add to reach a desired freezing temperature of -40˚C. Note: the quantity of anti-freeze is purely tentative.

Air release valves with isolation ball valves (25mm)

Hot Water Radiators confirming to EN442 standaeds. Steel panel heating radiators conforming to EN442 standard, working pressure ranging from 10-13 bar having working temperature at 110°C ,complete with Top grilles and side covers as standard alongwith inlet valve, outlet valve, air purge valve and threaded plug as per OEM. Inlet Water Temp: 70˚C Outlet Water Temp: 65˚C Room Temp: 24+-2˚C 2500 Kcal/Hr (Tpe 22 Convector600mmx1600mm)
