Supply and installation of Synthetic Artificial Turf for Football field from a FIFAStandard Licensee/FIFA Preferred producer having polyethylene monofilament diamond shaped yarn, Pile height of 60-65mm, triple layered PU backing, stitch rate of 150-160 stitches per linear metre, UV Resistant Slit Film Yarn structure, Detex not less than 14,000 , Tape thickness not less than 130 microns, Pile weight not less than 1500 gms/sqm, total carpet weight not less than 1900 gms/sqm, Infill weight not less than 38 kgs/ sqm, (silica sand of 80/100 grade and SBR rubber granules of size 2-4mm), total product weight not less than 40,000 gms / sqm. 100 mm wide Line markings should be pre tufted & made of coloured turf of same quality. Cost includes unloading and staging of rolls, sewing of seams with imported turf adhesive, infilling with appropriate dispensing machine, spreading and leveling equipment, brushing of fibers with hydraulic controlled equipment & Annual field maintenance of 2 years. (Regular Turf Brusing by mechanical brushing machine, Joint/Seam rectification included in Annual Maintenance)

P/L in position specified grade of Reinforced cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominals size aggregate excluding the cost of centring and shuttering finishing, reinforcement in beams, lintels,slabs etc up to floor V-level including all leads ,lifts and carriage curing complete .

Reinforcement for RCC works includings straightening bending cutting placing in position and binding all complete carriage and (TMT Bars).

Making drain holes in RCC slab by providing and embedding 40mm dia 75mm long app pieces of ordinary PVC pipe slab during casting of drain slab.
