Part 'B' Pavement: (by Zydex Nano-Technology) SUB BASE/ BASE: Providing & Laying of Sub base & Base by way of using blended material comprising of 60% Available soil of CBR 5; 40% GSB Material, Grade II; 3% Cement OPC 53 Grade by weight of soil; 1kg of Terrasil brand or Equivalent brand per cum & 1kg of Zycobond brand or Equivalent brand per cum ; Mechanically blended using a Rotavator at Optimum Moisture Content; laid in Two layers of Equivalent thickness each and duly compacted with Vibratory Roller Including Maintaining the Camber as per specifications. Complete job , finished work to be measured.

WATER PROOFING OF STABILIZED SOIL :Providing and Spraying Waterproofing for the stabilized soil surface by spraying 1kg of Terrasil brand or Equivalent brand and 1kg of Zycobond brand or Equivalent brand in the ratio of 1:1:200 with Potable Water and spraying on the surface @ 3ltrs/sqm and compacting with a static roller. Complete job, finished work to be measured

SUB BASE/ BASE : GRIT Layer: Providing & Laying of 20mm compacted Grit Layer by way of using blended material comprising of Aggregates of 13.2mm @20%; 9.5mm nominal size @ 20%; Crushed Stone Chipping 6.7 mm size 100% passing 9.5 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve @20% & Crushed Sand or Grit Passing 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve @40% duly mixed with Zycobond brand or Equivalent brand in the ratio of 1:300 with potable water; duly compacted with Vibratory Roller including maintaining the Camber as per specifications. Complete job , finished work to be measured

PRIME COAT :Providing and Applying Priming coat on the Grit Area by using blended material comprising of 1 KG of Terraprime brand or Equivalent brand mixed with 200 litres of Potable water and 100 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion SS-1. Spraying the solution @ 1litre/ sqm evenly on the prepared Grit Surface using a Emulsion Distributor after cleaning the surface with hydraulic broom as per technical specifications . Complete job , finished work to be measured

Zydex treated SDBC LAYER :Providing and laying Semi Dense bituminous concrete with 40-60 TPH Batch Type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading 2; 19mm nominal size of 10mm to 5mm @40%; 5mm below @ 32% & Crushed sand or grit passing 2.36mm sieve and retained on 180 mic @ 28% , premixed with bituminous binder @4.5% of Mix & 0.1% Zycotherm or Equivalent , transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per IRC 95 - 1987.

SEAL COAT: Providing & laying seal coat type B using S-90 bitumen @ 0.68 kg, per square meter of road surface and sand @ 0.006cum/Sqm of road surface ; Blended with Zycotherm brand or Equivalent brand @0.1% by weight of Bitumen all inclusive of carriage/haulage etc. conforming to technical specifications clause 510/513.using Bitumen (S -90) including carriage/haulage of mix and all materials, T & P, Labour, Octoroi etc. Complete job , finished work to be measured.

SHOULDER : Construction of Earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site; Mixing Terrasil brand or Equivalent brand @ 1kg per cum and Zycobond brand or Equivalent brand @ 1kg per cum at Optimum Moisture Content; spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement to Table 300.2. Complete job , finished work to be measured.

Part 'C' Road Signs Providing and fixing of retro reflectorsed cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67 made of encapsulated lense type tentative sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75X75mm X 6mm finish to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M – 15 grade cement Conc. (450 X 450 X600mm) 600mm below ground level drawing and technical specification clause 801.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro – feflectorised sign as per IRC – 67 made of encapsulated leans type reflective sheeting area north exceed 0.9 Sqm, supported on a mild steel single angle iron 75 X 75 X 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M – 15 graded cement concrete 450-450X600mm below ground as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 1701.

a) Kilometer stone reinforced cement Conc, M –15 grade kilometer stone standard design s per IRC-8 fixing in position including painting extra as per drawing as and technical specification clause 1703 at the rate ordinary kilometer stone (pre – cast).

Providing and Laying Reinforcement cement concrete M15 grade 200 Mtr. Stone pre cast standard design as per IRC : 8 including painting & printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification clause 1703.

Typical PMGSY Logo & Informatory Sign Boards:-Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign Board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates 1.6 mm thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS Flat Iron 25mmx5mm on back edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25x25x5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of the middle plate will be welded to 2 No. 75x75mm of 12 SWG Sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M-15 Grade blocks of 450x450x600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47x47mm of 12SWG Steel plate tubes. All MS well be stove enameled on the both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tubes will be painted with primer & two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
