Providing & fixing at all heights, levels and locations colour finish Aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper Hx8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping Stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing of Pre-coated colour or mill finish Aluminium Roofing Accessories in 0.71 mm thickness, Alloy 31500 (IS designation) [Aluminium Alloy (AA) 3004 (ISO designation)] For color, coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/ tapping SS screws of size 6 x 50mm with 3mm thick EPDM seal and SS plain washer complete : Precoated/mill finish aluminium Ridges plain (500- 600mm)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory windows and other frames,wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or withdash fasteners of required dia & length(holdfast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). First class Kail wood.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming toIS:2202(PartI) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains orcross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters - 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

SITC of Acoustic Panel (Woodwool tile for ceiling) : The woodwool tile size :1200mm x 600mm x 25mm and is made from high quality woodwool, Density - 400 kg/m3, Color- Black Painted.( color one side only). For Stage Structural Grid.

Wooden wall paneling : Providing and fixing of wood melamine finish mdf board panel with perforation to be fixed on wall .the panel shall be with melamine laminate finish of size2430mm x 192mm/550mm x 15mm with 21mm pitch toungue and groov edges for seamless mounting having density of 700/800kg/m3. The back of the panel are perforated with 10mm diameter circular holes with a nonwoven fabric covering of 0.2mm for providing sound absorption via the acoustics impendance method panel is to be fixed on GI frame work with screw fixed horizontal/vertical to wall at every 600mm c/c with clip tongue & Groove system on GI framework. The cavity of framework should be inserted with 50mm thick 1000gsm non wooven polyster wedding. (0 lavel to 1200mm Height).

Fabric Wall Treatment:Providing & Fixing of Acoustical Fabric paneling with 12mm x 28mm UPVC Grippers on 50mm wide and 12 mm thick commercial ply fixed on 9mm commercial ply over the Gi Frame 25mm Polyester foam to be pasted on the top of the ply. Finally fabric is stretched through grippers as a final finish

Grid Tiles:Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling at all height of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights and all levels as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Acoustic Panel For Stage Wall :Providing & fixing Magnesite Binded Solo Acoustic Panels made of Pine Wood Fibre 20mm thick 1220 x 610mm Natural Standard ND40 Square Edge screw fixed @ 200mm on GI metal frame comprising of Floor & Stud Channel making a grid of 900 x 600mm c/c. The frame is to be made in proper line after leveling. The panels will be backed with 50mm Thick 1000 gsm polster fiber inserted inside the grid of 900mm x 600mm which in total will comprise of minimum NRC 0.80 as per IS: 8225/ ISO: 354/ ASTM: 423 – 90 a. Acoustic Tile should meet the Stringent Fire test requirement having Class ‘P’ rating for Ignitability test as per BS 476 part 5; Fire Propagation index, I = 4.11 [lower the better] as per BS 476 part 6 and Class ‘1’ rating as per BS 476 part 7 for Surface Spread of Flame test. Class ‘P’ and Class ‘1’ are the highest rating. Two coat of color paint should be spray painted. All joints of the tiles must in perfect line and level.
