The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works during the last Seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tender. The similar experience can be demonstrated in one of the following ways: I. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.1,78,88,723/-, which is 80% of the PAC. II. Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.1,11,80,452/-, which is 50% of the PAC. III. Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.89,44,361/-, which is 40% of the PAC. The value of similar completed works will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. “Similar Experience” shall mean a project for Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Centralized Medical Gas Pipeline components for any Government Department / State Government Department / Public Sector Undertaking (PSU). The bidder needs to submit a solvency certificate from a nationalized/scheduled commercial bank for a sum of at least Rs. 89,44,361/- (40% of PAC) to fund the project till the time the invoices get paid. Additionally, the bidder should achieve a minimum local content target of 50% as per the Make in India Policy and its Guidelines. The bidder should also provide information on the value of all existing commitments and ongoing works, as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works, and update the value using the given updation factors. The bidder should submit details of technical and administrative personnel to be employed for the work, and provide a statement showing the value of all existing commitments and ongoing works, countersigned by the Client or its Engineer-in-charge. The bidder should also submit information on litigation history, liquidated damages, disqualification, etc.
