Looping of point wiring upto 6m over false ceiling / wall from above point wiring as mentioned in item no.2. Scope of work includes supply, wiring, testing and commissioning of switchboard controlled light/ plug points with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper wire and earthing with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper wire in 25mm dia FRLS PVC conduit with surface Tee, saddles, conduit fixing material and PVC connector. Scope of work also includes supply and fixing of modular switches complete with modular plate with GI boxes of suitable size. All the materials required for wiring such as copper flexible cable, metallic modular switch boards, modular switches, modular cover plate, dummy plates, ceiling rose, PVC Junction boxes(2/3/4 way) etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. Suitable lengths of PVC flexible hose shall be used for point wiring above false ceiling/inside panelling as per the requirement. For looping point wiring, pipe length upto 6 metres shall be considered as one loop point.

Scope of work includes supply, fixing, wiring, testing and commissioning of pop-up type box for 6A shuttered switched socket outlet with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper wire and earthing with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper wire in existing raceways / conduits, PVC connector. Scope of work also includes supply and fixing of GI boxes of suitable size. All the materials required for wiring such as FRLS PVC insulated copper flexible wire, pop-up type switch socket,LAN port and HDMI port, dummy plates etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. LAN port and HDMI port shall only be fixed on the pop up box and the cabling is not under the scope of contractor . For a point wiring, pipe length upto 10 metres shall be considered as one point. Pipe length above 10m upto 15m will considered as one and half points.

Scope of work also includes supply and fixing of GI boxes of suitable size. All the materials required for wiring such as FRLS PVC insulated copper flexible wire, metallic modular switch boards, switched socket, modular cover plate, dummy plates, ceiling rose, PVC Junction boxes(2/3/4 way) etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. Preparation and fixing of suitable junction boxes if required, connecting, testing and commissioning are under the scope of contractor.The work shall include wiring along wall and drawing wires as required, suitable junction boxes etc., wire termination, replastering, testing and commissioning. For a point wiring, 10 metres shall be considered as one point and Pipe length above 10m upto 15m will considered as one and half points.. All the materials required for wiring such as copper flexible cable, PVC junction boxes(2/3/4 way), etc. shall be in the scope of the contractor.

Concealed point wiring along beam/wall / column / ceiling with individual control for light / fan/ bell/ 6A modular plug sockets separately mounted , using flexible copper cable of 1.5 sq.mm for control and 1.5 sq.mm for neutral connection through 25mm PVC conduit with ISI marking, as per relevant drawings or instructions from FACT engineer. Scope of work include cutting of wall, preparation and fixing of concealed modular switch boards, switches, cover plates,dummy plates etc, fixing ceiling roses on suitable junction boxes, modular step type regulators for fans(as required), drawing wires of 1.5 sq.mm flexible copper cable with green colour cable for metal body earthing , replastering back to good condition, connecting, testing and commissioning. For a point wiring,pipe length of 10 metres shall be considered as one point and Pipe length above 10m upto 15m will considered as one and half points and 6A plug points shall be considered as half point wiring. 6A sockets shall be shutter type. All the materials required for wiring such as copper flexible cable, PVC conduits/ metallic modular switch boards, modular switches, cover plate, dummy plates, PVC box for fixing ceiling rose, PVC Junction boxes(2/3/4 way) etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. Suitable lengths of PVC flexible hose shall be used for point wiring above false ceiling as per the requirement.

Wiring shall be using 2.5 sq.mm multi strand flexible copper wire for control, neutral and earth connections, through PVC conduits of size not less than 25 mm. The work shall include cutting wall, wiring along wall and drawing wires as required,preparation and fixing of modular switch boards, switches, plug sockets, cover plates, dummy plates, suitable junction boxes etc., wire termination, replastering back to good condition, testing and commissioning. For a point wiring,pipe length of 10 metres shall be considered as one point and Pipe length above 10m upto 15m will considered as one and half points. If additional power sockets are provided in same Switch Boards that shall be considered as half point.

Concealed point wiring from DB to switch board using 2.5 sq. mm flexible copper cable for phase, neutral and earth through PVC conduit of size not less than 25mm with ISI mark, as per relevant drawings or instruction from FACT engineer. The wiring shall be along beam/wall/coloumn/ceiling/cable trays. Concealed Point wiring with individual control for 25 A modular plug socket for Air conditioners by using 25A DP modular switch. Individual plug socket shall be placed near Air Conditioner and switch shall be at standard height from ground. Wiring shall be using 4 sq.mm multi strand flexible copper wire for control, neutral and earth connections, through ISI marked PVC conduits of size not less than 25 mm. The work shall include cutting wall, fixing of conduits and drawing wires through 25mm PVC pipe from DB to modular switch and to socket as required, preparation and fixing of modular switch boards, switches, plug sockets, cover plates, dummy plates, suitable junction boxes etc., wire termination, replastering, testing and commissioning. For a point wiring, 10 metres shall be considered as one point and Pipe length above 10m upto 15m will considered as one and half points.. All the materials for this Work including PVC conduits, copper flexible cables, 25 A Plug socket, DP switch etc. shall be in the Scope of the contractor.

Scope of work includes supply, wiring, testing and commissioning of 32A class A 2P MCB with enclosure with 6 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper wire and earthing with 6 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper wire through 25mm PVC conduits with ISI mark, PVC connector. Scope of work also includes supply and fixing of enclosures of suitable size. All the materials required for wiring such as FRLS PVC insulated copper flexible wire, MCB with enclosure, dummy plates, PVC conduit, PVC Junction boxes(2/3/4 way) etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. For a point wiring, pipe length upto 10 metres shall be considered as one point. Pipe length above 10m upto 15m will considered as one and half points.

Supply, fixing and servicng of recess mounted profile lighting. The scope of work includes fixing of aluminium profiles(min 25mm width) after cutting false ceilings/supports/blanking plates if required, supply and installing LED strip lights (cool white/warm/neutral white), drivers (as per the requirement) and diffusers of reputed make without any dark points, wiring, connection and commissioning of the profile light. All the required materials including blanking plates, aluminium profiles, drivers, diffusers, LED strips, connectors etc shall be supplied by the contractor. The LED strip supplied shall have minimum 240 LEDs/meter and shall have OEM warranty/guarantee of minimum 1 year.
