Fixing and servicing of Push Button Stations for LT weatherproof motor with and without ammeter/single phase flameproof sockets/24V flameproof sockets after disconnection and removal of existing units mounted on concrete pillars / metal frames etc. Scope of work also includes disconnection and removal of existing units, fixing of new units, power/control/earth cable termination. Supply of new units with neccesary cable glands are in FACT scope. Supply of fasteners, welding rods etc. are under the scope of the contractor. Welding set as required shall also be arranged by the contractor. Contractor shall also arrange to depict the equipment number using white paint over the new push button station.

Fabrication and painting of cable trays/supports of different dimensions required for fixing Push button Stations of different types of motors like HT and LT with nature as weatherproof or flameproof using M/S angles, channels, flats etc. of different sizes and fixing them by welding/ grouting to steel structures/ pillars/ walls along with strengthening of metal frames is required for perticular PBS etc. as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. The fabricated tray shall be applied with of one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats of epoxy finish paint. Required tools, consumables, paint, brush, aggegrates for grouting work etc. shall be arranged by the Contractor.
