Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors,windows,Ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285,Fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free,straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the the directions of engineer-in-charge.(Glazing,paneling and das fasteners to be paid for seperately):For fixed portionAnodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868,Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)(Ceiling)

Providing and fixing with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS : 8183,density 16 kg/ m3,50 mm thick, wrapped in 200 G Virgin polythene bags placed over existing ceiling and wall and held in position by crisscrossing GI wire (Ceiling)

Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with integraldensified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595 x 595 mm having NRC (noise reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum)as per IS 8225:1987, light reflectance of 85%(minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476(Part-4), fire perfomanceas per BS:476(part 6&7), humidity resistance of 100% thermal conductivity 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50mm thick pressed section (Galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides). i.e vertical studs of size 48x34x36mm are placed at 600mm centre to centre in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50x32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600 mm centresusing 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fasterner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horizontal direction at 600mm centre to centre so as to form a grid of 600mmx600mm. Glasswool of 50 mm thickness is then to be inserted in th eslots and finally calcium silicatenon conbustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan headnickel coated mild steel screws of size 13x3.2mm on to this grid leaving aneven groove of 1mm between the panels. The joints between the panels are tobe duly jointed and finished using reccomended jointing cancium silicate based compound and fibre joint tape roll 50mm wide (90 metre) roll and two coays of primer suitable for panelling as per manufacturers specification as per direction of engineer in charge all complete. with 15mm thick fully perforated square /butt edge light weight calcium silicate panels /tiles.(including observation window)

Filling the groove (1.e 2-3mm gap between boards), taping and jointing of the first layer 6mm and 9 mm thick fibre cement boards with epoxy based seiling compound or with silicon sealent. Second layer is fixed over it in a staggered pattern. (Including observation window)

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S Sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS:277 and consicting of angles cleats of size 25mm widex1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm at 1200 mm centre to centre , one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required lenght with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the spacing of 1200mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick botto wedge of 80mm with taperes flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm at 450 centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x230mm long GI wire at every junction, including fixing perimetre channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimetre of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre , with 25mm long dry wall screws @230mm interval,including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimetre channel with the help of drywall screws of size 3.5x25mm at 230 mm c/c including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recomended jointing compound , jointing tapes finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimetre channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of panting with fully perforated gypsum plaster board of size 1200x2400x12.5mm having approx 15% perfoarted area with perforation size and pattern as approved by the engineer- in - charge as as per manufacturers specification with all 4 side tapered and backed by accoustical tissue with NRC value not less than 0.60 (Ceiling)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames , wroght frames and fixed in positon with hold fast lugs or with dash fasterners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fasterner shall be paid for seperatly), using good quality Anjili wood /jack wood.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (part I) non-decorative Types core of block construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters :30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing glazing in shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc.complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

Flooring with 3 mm or nearest available thick Vinyil flooring sheet of good quality and make using high quality glue including all labour charges and conveyance etc complete

Providing Light grid of 60x60 cm using 40 mm GI Pipe including cutting,hoisting,fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer,including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc.complete.br40 mm GI Pipe

Supply and fixing good quality and make jute carpet using high quality glue including all labour charges and conveyance etc complete
