OD205428/2024-2025:Engaging fire staff for operation of fire protection system, at High court complex, Ernakulam, in three shifts , one operator per shift Each shift of 8 Hours. Scope of work includes, Manning of Fire control room, Fire pump room round the clock, Check all the fire equipment's for serviceability, periodically, Conduct periodic training to High court staff on fire fighting ,Fight the fire at incipient stage, and assist the fire brigade as and when they arrive, Conduct regular firefighting drills, Function under the fire officer on all aspects of work, Assist in fire audit as and when carried out, Regular patrolling of entire premises for identifying fire hazard and removing, Check all escape routes and fire lanes, daily and ensure they are free of obstacles, assist in search and rescue and Salvage operation n case of an incident, up date knowledge of the latest firefighting equipment's and techniques, and to remain aware of current developments effective and close liaison with local fire brigade establishments, ensure that fire staff engaged in the high court premises should abide by all the instructions as and when given by the fire officer, responsible for all fire fighting arrangement in respect of High court premises , Provide the fire staff on duty with uniforms and Gadgets to identify them as fire staff. 1. Manpower Supply: A dedicated team consisting of three fire staff and one standby (3+1). 2. Repair and Maintenance of Smoke Sensors and Related Equipment ( Excluding supply of Materials ) : Regular inspection, repair, on call service and repair of smoke sensors and other related devices to ensure optimal functionality. 3. Maintenance of Firefighting Equipment ( Excluding supply of Materials ): Conduct monthly inspections, maintenance, and repairs of all firefighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, smoke sensors, hoses, and other fire suppression systems, carried out by qualified expert personnel. 4. Maintenance of Fire Pumps ( Excluding supply of Materials ): Regular maintenance and testing of fire pumps to ensure they are fully operational at all times. 5. Emergency Support: Availability of 24x7 emergency support to address any urgent fire safety concerns or equipment failures. 6. Contract Duration: This AMC should cover a consecutive 22 months period to ensure continuity and consistency in service delivery, allowing to maintain a high standard of fire safety. 7. Liaison work for renewal of Fire NOC from Fire and rescue department during the agreement period(fee paid will be reimbursed on production of documents)
