Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground by concreting etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 350 W LED flood light fitting made of pressure die-cast aluminium housing, with optimal heat sink, with a rated life of L70 @50000 Hours, CRI 70 % with system efficiency greater than or equal to 120 lumens/.watts, PF0.95, THD @240 V AC 10% , built in surge protection 4 KV and external surge protection 10 KV the light fitting shall be with all required accessories suitable for mounting in arm.with heat resistant toughened clear glass and weather proof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments, IP 66. LED specification make- CREE/Equivalent ,colour temp- 5700K+300K. Input AC voltage range 120V-275V , driver efficiency 85% . with all accessories complete with connection etc as required.(Bajaj model PRAZE F 420L WH NB-A5 TG SD/Equivalent)

Supplying and fixing 40 amps rating, Four pole (Three phase and neutral) 415 Volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current up to 100 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of Hot dipped Galvanised continously tapered octagonal pole made from 3 mm thick sheet of overall length 12 Metre, Provision for fixing flood light fitting with 75 x 40 x 6 mm size MS 'C' channel of 300 cm length, supporting with two numbers of 32mm GI pipe (class 'B') neatly welded to the C channel at the top of the pole and an adjustable base plate of required size and gauge for fixing the light fitting , with standard arm cap. The bottom dia of the pole shall be minimum 240 mm and top 90 mm with inbuilt cable loop in loop out box with flush door and locking facility. The pole shall be with base plate of 320 x 320 x 16 mm and 4 Nos M24 x 750 mm size of foundation bolt. The Pole should be with c type clamp welded on the top for connecting the safety belt. The pole shall be mounted on suitable size foundation and, 3 Nos of 16A SP 'C' curve MCB for phase distribution to each circuit for load balancing, loop in loop out 3 phase terminals block, required dia PVC pipe in the foundation for taking cable in & out from the pole, 4Cx4 sqmm flexible unarmoured PVC insulated round copper cable from loop in loop out to light fixture etc with all required accessories. (The cost of the civil foundation is not considered in this item.)

Fabrication, Supplying and fixing of outdoor, cubical type water proof box (120 x 70 x 30) or nearest size with suitable clearance for fixing the DB, with rain cap at the top, made out of 2 mm thick M.S sheet, powder coated in suitable colour over a coat of primer with provision for fixing 3 phase 12 way 8+36 MCB DB Vertical type with sufficient clearance detachable gland plate at bottom, having single door with lockable knob, providing danger notice board on the front door, fixing using suitable size bolts on plinth, including the charges for civil works for making plinth of suitable size etc, as required.

Supplying of one number 4C x 10 Sq.mm size Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 kV grade etc. as required.

Supply and laying one number of the 8 SWG good quality bare copper wire along the cable with connections etc. as required.

Charges for concreting with 45 x 45 x 100 cm up to ground level and 40 cm above ground level using 8 mm steel reinforcement as per drawing with cement concrete of 1:2:4, after excavation and plastering the sides including a neat cement flushing coat,tapering the top of the plinth for prventing water setting. painting with cement paint etc, as required.

Supplying and fixing of 12 way (8 + 36) double door, vertical type 415 V three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200A tinned copper bus bar, comon neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer )

Supplying and fixing 40 A rating, 415 V, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Triple pole and neutral in the existing MCB DB, complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 16 A rating, 240 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, Triple pole miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying of one number 3.5C x 25 Sq.mm size Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 kV grade etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade up to 35 sq. mm in the existing RCC/ DWC / METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, tee bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C X 25 sq. mm (28mm) of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
