Providing and applying two coats of elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers on wall surfaces without water dilution (ensuring a coverage rate of 4.2-4.5 m2/ Lit/two coats to achieve a DFT of upto 90-100 microns) over a single priming coat of self-penetrating acrylic white Primer having dilution with water in the ratio 2:1 and spreading at the rate of 8-10 sqm./Lit/coat for superior bonding and hiding. Before applying Priming coat, area must be pressure-washed with water jet having a minimum working pressure of 1400psi to remove all dirts, dust and waste products. Then, cut and open the non-structural hairline cracks less than 0.50mm in width upto 10mm with mechanical cutter and clean, moisten the surface cracks and fill the cracks with 'Crack-X-shrinkfree' crack filler by using a putty-blade. Apply two surface coats after allowing the primer coat is cured for 4-5 hours and keep the surface coat dry for 4-6 hours to achieve the required DFT and allow it be undisturbed for 7 more days to become fully cure. The surface coats should have the following technical properties: a hair line crack bridging upto 1mm; elongation of 100% a per ASTMD 412; tensile strength of 3.5MPa per ASTM D412; adhesion strength of 2MPa as per ASTM D541; The system comes with 5-year waterproofing and 7-year paint performance warranty from the Company (LMR)
