The material should have a resistivity less than 0.2 Ωm. It should be free from hazardous substances. The mineral compound is required to have minimum 25 Kg of the total composite. Design, testing, supply, erection, trial run and commissioning of vertical turbine pump sets ( 4 Nos) 632 lps against a total head of 81.00 m (shall be designed for 2 nos. working parallel at a time for a discharge of 109.21 MLD) and having a speed of 960 rpm. The pump should have a minimum mechanical efficiency of 85%. It should be with Bronze /SS Impeller, SS 416 shaft, bronze/ LTB2 neck ring, SS 410 sleeve etc. coupled with 3.3 kV squirrel cage induction motor having efficiency level at par with IE3 rated LT motor. The motor should be suitable for operation with VFD and with IP rating 55 or above. Incorporate space heaters; winding temperature sensors, bearing temperature sensors, vibration monitors etc. and all other safeties and protections explained in the detailed technical specifications. The pump set shall be suitable for floor mounting. All items such as pressure gauge, CI/DI motorized sluice valve (PN 1.6 and above), CI/DI non-return valve of suitable capacity, specials etc. should be supplied and fixed. Fixing of flow meter, supply, fabrication of pipes and specials required for the interconnection works with the existing pumping main suction and delivery part of pumps including construction of suitable foundation and anchor blocks of required size should be done. Design, testing, supply, erection, trial run and commissioning of VT pump: (1) Pump - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of VT pump. Constructed with stainless steel/ Bronze Impeller, CI bowl, Column Assembly using M.S pipe as per IS 2062, SS spider bushes for stabilization and all fastenings, water lubricated. Other parts shall be as per Manufacturers Standard and as per the detailed technical specifications. Pump casing shall be with CI having suitable type base plate with coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts etc. suitable for mechanical coupling the pump and motor. The cost should include the cost of cement sand, aggregates, steel reinforcement etc. complete. Suction head -15.50 mts and total dynamic head of 81.00 m with discharge 632 lps (two nos working at a time parallel operation, two nos standby) (The contractor should verify and confirm the correctness of the head details furnished before submitting the tender) Mechanical connection of pump and motor shall be done according to manufacturer’s standards . (2) Motor-Supply, erection, testing and commissioning suitable solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for the above pump working on 3 phase, 3.3 kV, 50 Hz AC supply. The efficiency of the motor shall be at par IE3 rated LT motors according to IS 12615: 2018. Incorporate all protections, safeties and accessories as explained in the Detailed Technical Specification. Standard practice should be followed for integrating the pump and motor (3) Valves-Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISO marked Electrically operated CI/DI double flanged sluice valve and Non return valve with suitable pressure rating. Fixing of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non return valves.(4) Delivery pipe connections- Supply and fitting of suitable size best quality MS pipe of thickness not less than 12.5 mm ( MS pipe 1400/1219 mm OD - 35m, MS pipe 900mm ID - 15m). Connecting the delivery side of the pump with the valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main. (5) Fabrication work on MS pipe for connecting with the existing pumping main is included in this scope of work .No additional cost will be given for extra length. (6) The entire mechanical and electrical installation shall conform to the latest Indian Standard Specifications, Indian Electricity Rules, CEA Regulations and other regulations stipulated by competent Statutory Bodies. The requirements as per the Manual on Water Supply and Treatment (CPHEEO publication) shall also be complied with (7) All the constituent components shall comply with the Standards and requirements specified in the Detailed Technical Specifications (8) Make of materials should be in compliance with the approved make of materials appended with the tender.
