100.48.3.5:Rectification of joint leakages in 200mm C.I. Pipe including earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leaking joint including tar cutting / concrete cutting, without causing any damages to the line and specials, cleaning the joints including raking out the damaged hemp and lead, conveying hemp and lead and providing lead joint after cleaning the joint, charging and testing to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges of conveyance and hire for tools and plant, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, providing caution boards, traffic diversion, including cost of materials and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete, but excluding the cost of pig lead.

100.50.2.1:Rectification of leakages of 50mm G.I. Pipes in exposed portions by replacing lengths up to 1.0m by cutting, removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the remaining portion and specials and conveying and replacing with G.I. Pipes of suitable size and jointing by thraded coupler and union of suitable size including threading, alignement, laying and jointing to make a water tight joint, testing the line to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges hire and conveyance of tools, plant and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion, necessary scaffolding including the cost of specials but excluding cost of pipe and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete.

100.50.2.2:Rectification of leakages of 65mm G.I. Pipes in exposed portions by replacing lengths up to 1.0m by cutting, removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the remaining portion and specials and conveying and replacing with G.I. Pipes of suitable size and jointing by thraded coupler and union of suitable size including threading, alignement, laying and jointing to make a water tight joint, testing the line to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges hire and conveyance of tools, plant and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion, necessary scaffolding including the cost of specials but excluding cost of pipe and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete.

100.50.2.3:Rectification of leakages of 80mm G.I. Pipes in exposed portions by replacing lengths up to 1.0m by cutting, removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the remaining portion and specials and conveying and replacing with G.I. Pipes of suitable size and jointing by thraded coupler and union of suitable size including threading, alignement, laying and jointing to make a water tight joint, testing the line to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges hire and conveyance of tools, plant and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion, necessary scaffolding including the cost of specials but excluding cost of pipe and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete.

100.50.2.4:Rectification of leakages of 100mm G.I. Pipes in exposed portions by replacing lengths up to 1.0m by cutting, removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the remaining portion and specials and conveying and replacing with G.I. Pipes of suitable size and jointing by thraded coupler and union of suitable size including threading, alignement, laying and jointing to make a water tight joint, testing the line to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges hire and conveyance of tools, plant and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion, necessary scaffolding including the cost of specials but excluding cost of pipe and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete.

100.51.1: Disconnecting water connection from service mains along earthern road without causing any damage to the existing line including charges of earth work excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing connection point including tar cutting / conrete cutting if any, making the disconnection point water tight charging and testing to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other existing utilities, including the charges of hire for tools and plant, conveyance of tools and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion but excluding cost of materials and as per the direction of departmental officers etc. complete.

100.51.2:Disconnecting water connection from service mains along Concrete road without causing any damage to the existing line including charges of earth work excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing connection point including tar cutting / conrete cutting, making the disconnection point water tight charging and testing to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other existing utilities, including the charges of hire for tools and plant, conveyance of tools and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion but excluding cost of materials and as per the direction of departmental officers etc. complete.

100.51.3:Disconnecting water connection from service mains along Asphalt road without causing any damage to the existing line including charges of earth work excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing connection point including tar cutting / conrete cutting, making the disconnection point water tight charging and testing to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other existing utilities, including the charges of hire for tools and plant, conveyance of tools and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion but excluding cost of materials and as per the direction of departmental officers etc. complete.

100.59.2:Refilling the trenches with a wet mix of close graded granular materials (Stone aggregate - 25mm nominal size - 17.5%, Stone aggregate - 10mm nominal size - 17.5%, Crushed Stone - 2.36mm to 12.5mm - 25%, Stone chippings / screenings - 4.75mm nominal size - 20%, Stone chippings / screenings - 150 micron nominal size - 20%), mixing properly after adding sufficient quantity of water, refilling in layers not exceeding 150mm, compacting properly at Optimum Moisture Content with Surface Plate Vibrator and disposing the excavated material etc. complete, including traffic control, providing caution boards and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for road restoration works in pipeline leak sites.

100.59.3:Restoring the road surfaces by providing and laying factory made cold bitumen-aggregate pot-hole repair mix in two layers of 25mm thick (total 50mm thick), by cleaning the surface with brooms etc. to remove dust/debris/water etc, placing the premix, compacting properly with hand-rammer etc. complete, including traffic control, providing caution boards and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for road restoration works in pipeline leak sites.

100.60.8.2:Replacing the chocked / damaged 20mm (3/4 inch) house connection with 20mm (3/4 inch) water meter from existing mains, up to a length of 5m using 25mm Indian Standard Class 6 uPVC pipe and uPVC / Brass specials viz. brass ferrule, Elbow, MTA, FTA, couplers etc. and connecting with the mains, testing the joints etc. complete including trenching and refilling in all kinds of soil up to a depth of 1.50m for main line tracing and trench of average cross section 0.3m x 0.75m for laying connection pipe and service pipe, safely removing & re-fixing existing water meter, lighting, watching, providing caution boards, traffic control etc. complete including cost of materials, hire for tools, cost of consumables and labour charges but excluding cost of water meter and meter box and excluding charges for cutting the concrete / tarred / bituminous roads and as per the directions of the department officers.

100.60.3.1.1:Providing additional length of house connection pipe using 20mm Indian Standard Class 6 uPVC pipe and specials and testing the joints etc., by trenching and refilling in all kinds of soil with trench of average cross section 0.3m x 0.75m for laying of connection pipe and service pipe, lighting, watching, providing caution boards, traffic control etc., including cost of materials, hire for tools, cost of consumables and labour charges etc. complete, but excluding the cost of cutting of concrete / tarred / bituminous roads etc., and as per the directions of the department officers

100.56.1:Supplying and fixing 15 / 20 mm PVC public tap after dismantling the damaged tap including all cost of materials, labour charges, hire for tools and as per the direction of the department officers etc complete.
