Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium CompositePanel Cladding(ACP), with open grooves for linear as well ascurvilinear portions of the building , for all heightsand all levels etc. including:a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to makeit water tightincluding checking of all the structural and functional design.b) Providing, fabricating and supplying andfixing panels of ACPcladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shadesmade out of4mm thick ACP material consisting of 3mm thick FR grademineralcore sandwiched between two Alumini um sheets (each0.5mm thick). Thealuminium composite panelcladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar500based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resincoating of approved colourand shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specifiedusingstainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backerrods etc.c) Thefastening brackets of Aluminium alloy6005T5/MS with Hot Dip Galvanisedwith serrations and serratedwashers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners,SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make inSS 316,Nylon separators toprevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specificationand drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost ofall mockups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing inanapproved laboratory, fieldtests onGalvanisedwith serrations and serratedwashers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners,SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make inSS 316,Nylon separators toprevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specificationand drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost ofall mockups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing inanapproved laboratory, fieldtests on theassembled working curtain wall with ACPcladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wallwith ACP cladding till the handing overof thebuildingforoccupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium itemsThe Contractor shall provide curtain wall with ACP cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, asper theapproved shop drawings and as directed by the Eng-in-Chrg.However, for the purpose ofpayment, only the actual area on the external face ofthe curtain wall with ACPCladding (including width ofgroove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. theassembled working curtain wall with ACPcladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wallwith ACP cladding till the handing overof thebuildingforoccupation.
