Prefabricated structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses,Built-Up / HR sections / Bracings and framed work including supply & fixing of anchor bolts & base plates,cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and epoxy painting 2 coatswith approved quality epoxy paint all complete. Also nessary frame work for vent openings 3 Nos (1.00x0.60 size) and claddings as per the drawing and 1.6 m wide canopy for Verandah .Plinth area of one Building is 234sqm as per attached plans. The Steel Building is to be designed fabricated,supplied and errected through a Pre Engineering company such as Kirby /Zamil or equivalent company and the design shall be got approved from KSHB. The design shall be based on the attached plans& specifications pertaining to Pre Engineering steel buildings and design codes. For Building -A & B (13mx18m size and eve height 4.50m)

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS: 8183. Density 16 kg/m3 , 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene bags placed over existing false ceiling and held in position by criss-crossing GI wire for Building A & B

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing for roof and walls as per plan including vertical / curved surface and providing suitable flashes (shades) for vent opnenings and bottom of vertical cladding to prevent entering of rain water to the sheds, fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch inhorizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.Sheet thichness of 0.5 mm and also providing suitable Gutters and UPVC down water pipes 110mm, also fixing 25mmx25mm GI mesh with 4mm dia wires to the vent openings with suitable frames based on the attached plans& specifications pertaining to Pre Engineering steel buildings and Indian design codes for Building A & B
