Strech fabric specification for multilevel design for side wall surfaces between wooden panelling and ceiling wherever necessary : Supply and providing of 18 gauge MS galvalume tube of size 50X25mm welded to make a framework at a spacing of 120cm X120cm, and anchored onto the wall using anchor fastners (for getting rigidity) above 210 cm from the finished floor level up to the false ceiling height, 25mm X 25mm square section bent as per design and mounted onto the above said framework to enable fixture of cove lightings with 6mm flexible ply sheets. A layer of thermally bonded non woven polyester of 50 mm thk 1000 gsm, NRC 0.80 sandwiched in black colour RPG Tissue shall be fixed in between the MS framework over a layer of chicken wire mesh fixed on back of frame work , and outer facia tied with GI wire onto the plystrips. UPVC gripper profile 12mm thick installed onto the plystrips, the cavity shall be filled with 20mm, 240 gsm polyester wadding and woolen felt fire retardant fabric tucked without undulation. Additional frame members to be provided for the openings of AC grills/ electrical fixtures etc if required as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge. (Rate per Linear Meter of fabric considered is Rs.400/- of Response , Nexgen, Anuton make)

Modification of existing Stretch fabric acoustic panelling (Multilevel) including modification of metal/wooden framework to fix the cove boxing . The cove box shall be made of 19 mm flexible plywood and 18 mm HDF, finished with one coat wood protector, one coat NC primer and 2 coat matt finish enamel paint of approved shade and make.Supply and installation of 12 mm thick UPVC gripper profile on the existing plystrip and fire retardent fbric tucked without undulation . Additional frame members shall be proivided for the openings of AC grills/ Electrical fixtures/ speakers etc,Work shall done as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge. Strech fabric specification for singlelevel design for side and rear wall surfaces of screen : Supply and installation of 18 gauge galvanized tube of size 50X25mm section anchored onto the wall using anchor fastners (for getting rigidity) from finished floor level behind and sides of the screen as per design and mounte 6mm flexible ply sheets on the above said framework. A layer of thermally bonded non woven polyester of 50 mm thk.,1000 gsm, NRC 0.80 sandwiched in black colour RPG Tissue shall be fixed in between the MS framework over a layer of chicken wire mesh and outer facia tied with GI wire onto the plystrips. 12mm thick UPVC gripper profile stappled onto the plystrips, the cavity filled with 20mm, 240 gsm polyester wadding and woolen felt fire retardant fabric tucked without undulation. Refurbishing the existing single level acoustic panelling of side and rear wall surfaces of screen : Supply and installation of black colour FR fabric of approved make by replacing damaged fabric wherever required etc as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge. .(Rate per Linear Meter of fabric considered is Rs.400/- of Response , Nexgen, Anuton make)

LED Strip lights: Supply and instalation of LED strip lights (14watts per m., 5050 with power supply drivers) of approved quality and colour (Wipro/Philips or equivalent) as per the design including hire and labour for all scaffolding for all heights etc complete (The provision for electrical wiring at a point in the design area will be made by electrical contractor).Work shall done as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling and removing the existing compressed rockwool false ceiling including stacking the materials within the theatre etc premise as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing False ceiling with 12.5 mm thick fully perforated gypsum board of size 60cm X 60cm in G.I grid supports at every 450mm x 900 mm or nearest c/c using g.k.w metal screws to proper line and level inclusive of making holes for electrical fixtures. Frame hangers to be screwed to ceiling with wash bolts. Additional frame members to be provided for the openings of A.C grills/ electrical fixtures etc if required. The surface of false ceiling shall be painted 2 coats of emulsion paint over a priming coat of approved quality and colour with roller/ sprayer. A layer of thermally bonded non woven polyester of 50 mm thk., 1000 gsm, NRC 0.80 sandwiched in black colour RPG Tissue to be laid above G.I.section + welded mesh.The rate includes cost of materials, labour, all scaffolding etc complete as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square. SUB HEAD : 12- ROOFING 742 edges of the board with recommended jointing compound,jointing tapes,finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board,all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings,specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but including the cost of PU polishing & painting.etc as per the instruction of Enegineer in Charge.(a) 12.5 mm Plain Gypsum board ceiling -

Supplying and fixing loop file carpet of 5 to 7mm thick over the existing passage inside auditorium using apropriate adhessive after scraping and removing the existing paint , ,including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete. as per drawings and direction of the Engineer in Charge
