The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in electrical transmission or sub-transmission and distribution sector. The required experience is as follows: * The bidder should have completed works costing not less than 70% of the Project Actual Cost (PAC) under a single contract. * Alternatively, the bidder should have completed works costing not less than 40% of PAC under two contracts, each. * Or, the bidder should have completed works costing not less than 30% of PAC under three contracts, each. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), collectively the JV partners should meet the criteria mentioned above. However, each JV partner should have completed at least one contract costing not less than 30% of PAC. Additionally, the bidder's prior work experience should be considered only if the works have been executed under Govt./Semi-Govt./autonomous body of Central/State Govt./Electricity Power Utility/ Power Dept. in India only.
