The Tender document fee of INR 590/- including GST l8%(Rupees Five Hundred and Ninety Only) which is non-refundable shall be remitted to the account number given in the remittance form provided by the e-Procurement system for this particular tender. Bidders are advised to visit the t- rt "Downloads" section of the website www.etenders.kerala"gov.in also. The online payment may be exercised at least 72 hours before the closing date of the bid to ensure that payment towards tender document fee and EMD are credited and a confirmation is reflected in the e-procurement system. The Bidder should ensure that Tender Document Fees and EMD are remitted as one single online transaction and not separate. Separate or split remittance for tender document fee and EMD shall be treated as invalid transactions. The scanned copy of Bank Guarantee for EMD shall be uploaded to the e-portal and original Bank Guarantee shall be submitted to the office of the Deputy Chief Engineer, KSEBL/ Civil circle, Meencut PO, Chithirapuram, Idukki District before the opening of the pre-qualification bid. Cash payment is not allowed and is invalid mode of payment. Hence, the remittance form provided by e-procurement systems has to be used for the payment.
