od9241/2021_2022/IA : Fully comprehensive annual maintenance of 100HP soft starter and associatedelectrical accessories existing in lift irrigation scheme for a period of one yearincluding Periodical monthly inspection charge towards cleaning of contactorterminals & soft starter terminals, loop checking of cable, torque tightening ofbolts/nuts/screws etc., to ensure hardware and peripherals are working properly. Checking of power supply source for proper grounding and safety of equipment. Calibration of equipment as and when required and ensuring that all covers, screws, switches etc. are properly fastened in respect of each equipment.Dismantling all the required accessories in the soft starter enclosure andservicing, overhauling & reconditioning all the accessories without any extracharges and refitting all the accesries in the soft starter and other electricalaccessories during the AMC period. Supply, renewing and replacing requiredspares / accessories in the panel board without any extra charges duringbreakdown maintenance with in stipulated time allowed. If the soft starter cannot be put to working condition by replacing spare, the starter as a whole shall be replaced and fault should be rectified with in the time allowed.

Dismantling before flood and refitting the soft starter before agricultural season

od9237/2021_2022/IA : Dismantling the soft starter ,contactors ,and other electronic accessories in the panel board, numbering the same, wrap it by cover for avoid any type of air and water contact, keep it on a safe place before flood as per direction departmental officers. Refitting the soft starter, contactors and other electronic accessories after the rainy season , reconnect all electric connections in panel board, test run the same. 40-50HP soft starter
