Pressure grouting the leaking points and existing cracks
1. Removing existing plaster neatly (client’s scope)
2. Identifying the correct leaking point/cracks.
3. Leaking point/crack area: drill at a 45˚- degree angle where possible to intersect the wall interface halfway through the thickness of the substrate (e.g. 4” deep for 8” thick slab).
4. Drilling depth should be half the thickness of the concrete member.
5. Provide and fix metal injection ports (buttonhead shaft and rubberized expandable grommet).
6. Injecting Nitofill WS60 (two component, low viscosity polyurehane foam injection) manufactured by Fosroc Chemicals or other approved equivalent.
7. Injecting Nitofill UR 63 injection resin (two component, low viscosity resin injection) manufactured by Fosroc Chemicals or other approved equivalent
8. After two days removing the existing metal packers and filling the gap with cement mortar.

POLYUREA APPLICATION
1. Initial cleaning the surface.
2. Grinding the floor. (The entire area shall be taken up for thorough surface preparation and mechanical removal of debris, laitance, protrusions, exposed reinforcements if any etc).
3. Honeycombs, construction defects and surface undulation shall be rectified as per standard procedure.
4. All bore/core packing:
a. Pipes to be placed/inserted in the core cut areas, shall be aligned properly prior to bore packing.
b. Cleaning/Roughening the inside surface of the bore hole.
c. Pipes to be inserted in the core cut areas with effective leak-free shuttering.
d. The pipe to be inserted, appropriately roughening with hacksaw-blade, applying a coat of bonding agent and over this, sprinkling sand to receive non-shrink grout.
e. Filling the gap between PVC pipe and core cut with Nonshrink grout including shuttering the gap bottom with backer rod or with suitable material.
5. Laying of angle fillets (50mm x 50mm) at the junction of slab & vertical walls prepared with cement sand mortar 1:4 admixed with Polymeric mix @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement.
6. Final cleaning the surface and moisture content to be less than 8%.
7. Priming the surface with a material similar to Fosroc Nitoprime 31 or other approved equivalent with a total consumption of 250gms/Sqm. The primer coating shall be allowed air-cure for a minimum of 4 hours (depending on weather condition) and it must be allowed to arrive to touchdry condition.
8. Over the primed surface, spray applying two component spray applied hybrid polyurea waterproofing coating with properties similar to Fosroc Polyurea WH 200 or other approved equivalent to achieve 1.5mm system DFT.
9. The Coating to be continued on the entire horizontal surface and vertical surface.
10. Allow the membrane to cure completely for 48 hours.
