Providing and laying vitrified Wall tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades in skirting riser of steps over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with matching colour epoxy filling width upto 5mm and PVC corner profile complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling conforming to IS:2095 (BS 1230) including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from GI sheet and galvanized in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37mm at 1200mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 40mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25x 25x 0.55 mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to GI channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to GI channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x230 mm long GI wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, The perimeter of ceiling shall be fixed to wall / partition with the help of raw plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive-all screws @ 230 mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with recommended filler, paper tapes, finisher and two coats acrylic emulsion paint over two coats of primer suitable for gypsum board as per manufacturers specification after application of E-Mix/ Pop / Gypsum putty and all as per manufacturer’s specification etc completeand all as directed.and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, trap doors, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in true horizontal level false ceiling with GI metal ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white colour tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop made of GI sheet having galvanising of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC of 0.5, electro statically polyster powder coated of thickness 60 micron (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with black glass fibre acoustical fleece laid in silhouette grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/ black colour manufactured by approved supplier, using hot dipped galvanized steel section, exposed surface chemically cleaned capping pre-finished in baked polyester paint wall angle of size 3000mm x 19mm x 19mm used in periphery of the ceiling fixed to the wall partition/ RC column/ band walls with the help of screws at 600mm c/c. Main runner to be suspended from celing using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.5 mm fixed to celing with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvasined butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main tee and 1200mm long cross tee to be interlocked between in Main runner at 600mm c/c (max) to form a grid of 1200 x 600mm long cross tee fixed in between 1200mm long cross tee for forming a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Providing and fixing 100 mm overall thickness partition with 12.5 mm thick double skin tapered edged Gypsum board conforming to IS:2095: Part 1 upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50 mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corners (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture’s specification Air gap between the plasterboards is to be lined with 50 mm thick approved fiberglass wool and the contractor must ensure that the fiberglass wool is wire-braced to prevent it from ‘lumping down’ over a period of time. The rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium skirting 100 mm high and 1mm thick of approved make aluminium profile with natural color andoizing fixing at bottom on both side of the partition.and as per directions of Engineer in charge all complete.

Straight Glazed Partition of approved make: Supply and installation of full height straight glass partition 12mm thick toughened glass and proprietary black powder coated aluminium sections of approved make 45x25mm thick. Providing door frame section at around the door two vertical upto false ceiling and horizontal at door top. The sections shall be matt natural anodized and shall be a combination of SAP 004 and 005 on all four sides as per the manufacturers specification and shall be inclusive of all accessories like stake1, stake3 and wedge 3G/B from FFL to the bottom of false ceiling height. The glass joints shall be filled with silicon sealant / beading on both side and the vendor has to prepare the shop drawing for client / Architects approval. Rate shall include for providing transport charges, handling, loading and unloading, Installation, protecting the module and glass till handing over, testing, commissioning all necessary hardware's, scaffolding,wastage, Structural supports if any, etc. complete and all as per manufacturers specifications as directed.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened patch fitting glass door (area not greater than 2.5sqm) of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot, corner fittings, patch fittings, floor spring with SS cover plate, lock with euro profile cylinder keys 3 nos, strike patch for lock, door stopper, pull handle SS Satin finish & for fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. (Approximate door size : 1100 x 2100 mm or nearest)

Providing and fixing Partition above the false ceiling level using Aluminium box frames of size 50mmx25mmx1.5mm thickness at 610mmc/c on both directions and to be covered with 12.5 mm thick single layer Gypsum board on both sides. The joints are to be finished with jointing compound as per manufacturers specification. The boards shall be fixed with counter sunk stainless steel / fully threaded self tapping screws of suitable dia and length at every 300 mm c/c. (Above all partitions) Note: The Aluminium framework shall be anchored etc. / fixed properly in true RCC ceiling and additional diagonal supports to get sufficient rigidness. Actual seen surface area will be measured and paid, if any doors, glass panels, openings are provided in this partition the area of the same shall be deducted.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. The rate shall include the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface etc complete as per directions of Engineer - in - charge.

Painting two or more coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying of two or more coats of Water Proof Painting for walls with two coats of suitable primer for even shade finish as per the direction as Engineer-In-charge.

Providing & applying of Melamine polishing works for existing wood works with one or more coats of putty for puchering, sandering for smooth and two coats of suitable primer and one or more coats of polishing adhesive as per the manufacturer instruction given for smooth finishing including hire charges of spraying machine, materials, labours etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer -in- Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to an give even shade two or more coats as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fabrication and installation of MS shaft door(600mm X 1200mm)

Glass film : Fixing to glass panels using film stickers of approved model and colour as per required pattern and shape and as directed. The vendor shall submit required warranty certificates from the manufacture.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame. The frames shall be fixed in existing opening including with dash fasteners/ chemical fasteners of appropriate size ( 3 nos on each vertical member of door chowkhat and 2 nos on each vertical member of window chowkhats), including cost of dash fasteners/ chemical fastener etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS : 14856, including fixing to frames, Handles latch with/without lock (as per site condition) with 2 keys, door closer, tower bolt etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. After laying the pipes, before closing the pipes, Pressure test to be conducted and get the approval from the Engineer-in-charge. Internal work- Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.

Providing and fixing of approved make of 50 mm dia 10kgf/cm2 PVC pipes confirming to IS 4985-2000. and fittings (moulded and fabricated fittings ) such as tee, elbow, 'y', coupler, etc confirming to IS 7834 with latest amendment for soil and waste pipe works in toilets and utility area, etc complete. Pipes shall be laid in sunken floors with proper gradient with proper brick pedestal supports. For laying the pipes in walls, before chasing, the pipe line routing shall be marked using chalk line with the help of Hilti make leveling instrument; wall cutting shall be done using wall cutting machine, and chasing to be done using electric jack hammer machine. Cutting and chasing with hammer shall not be permitted. Pipes and fittings shall be cleaned with pipe cleaners and joined by approved make solvent cement. After laying the pipes, before closing the pipes, gravity test to be conducted and get the approval from the Engineer-in-charge. Chased portions shall be covered with cement mortar. Work includes making required size holes in brick walls wherever necessary and redoing the same with water proofing components to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, etc complete. All the stub outs shall be closed with proper end caps until the installation of Sanitarywares and accessories etc; complete.

Providing, fixing and testing of approved make of 75 mm dia SWR - B- Class PVC pipes and fittings confirming to IS 13592-1992. and fittings (avialable fittings in market and fabriacted fittings ) such as tee, elbow, 'y' , coupler, etc. confiming to IS 14735 with latest amendment for soil and waste pipe works in toilets and utility area,etc. Pipes shall be laid in vertical stack and sunken in floors as per approved layout with proper allignment and gradient as per the layout with proper split clamp,anchor fastener and 10mm thread rod supports.Wall cutting shall be done using wall cutting machine, and chasing to be done using electric jack hammer machine. Cutting and chasing with hammer shall not be permitted. Pipes and fittings shall be cleaned with pipe cleaners and joined by approved make solvent cement. After laying the pipes, before closing the pipes, gravity test to be conducted and get the approval from the Engineer-in-charge. Chased portions shall be covered with cement morter. Work includes making required size holes in brick walls wherever necessary and re do same with water proofing components to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.etc complete. All the stub outs shall be closed with proper end caps till of installation of sanitraywares and accessories etc. complete.

Providing and fixing washbasin with integrated half pedestal of approved make and colour along with CP fittings of approved make such as 15mm CP brass pillar cock, 15mm CP brass angular stop cock, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling, 32mm dia CP brass bottle trap with extension pipe including necessary supporting brackets, connection tube etc; complete. The supporting brackets, bolt and nuts supplied by the contractor. Works including cutting and making good the walls /floor wherever required, including conveyance of all materials to the site, all labour charges, all taxes etc; complete. Supplying and fixing CP Angle cock of superior quality including cost of materials and labour charges etc complete as per the direction of site Engineer-in-charge. (Basic rate of angle cock not less than 1,200/- including GST)

Providing and fixing beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete fixed with stainless steel flat headed mirror screw and washers complete etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (approx. size of mirror - 550mm x 750mm)

Supplying and fixing of CP Anti cockroach floor trap gratings which consisting floor drain grating, inner filter and out filter and rim, fixed over the floor trap. Works including cleaning of floor traps before fixing the gratings. While fixing the gratings, flooring should be cut to required size of grating, (not more than 2mm of the grating sizes) using tile cutter etc; complete. The gap should be filled silicon sealant to match the flooring color. The color and shape of the gratings shall be got the approval from Infopark. To avoid damage of the cp gratings, acid cleaning of flooring shall be done before fixing of gratings.

Supplying, fixing and testing of 110 or 75 mm dia SS Floor clean out used in sunken floors, 75 or 110 mm dia extension boss tee arrangements.

Providing and fixing of grab rail for handicapped washroom at locations wherever necessary as per standards

Supplying and placing in position single seater Sofa of approved make made from wooden frame with steel for arm and back, fully upholstered arm panels, seat and back, sofa finished with leatherite material of approved colour as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and placing in position curved three seater Sofa (curvature of sofa should be matching to the curvature of wall) of approved make made from wooden frame with steel for arm and back, fully upholstered arm panels, seat and back, sofa finished with leatherite material of approved colour as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of ready-made septic tank of capacity 5000litres. The work includes earthwork excavation for placing tank below ground level and creating a stable surface

Supplying and fixing freestanding storage units of approved make of following size made of 18 mm thick both sides prelaminated particle boards for vertical and horizontals and intermediate shelves. The openable door shutters shall be provided with SS handles, locks, auto closing hinges and necessary hardware's etc; complete.
