Providing and fixing Partition above the false ceiling level using Aluminium box frames of size 50mmx25mmx1.5mm thickness at 610mmc/c on both directions and to be covered with 12.5 mm thick single layer Gypsum board on one side. The joints are to be finished with jointing compound as per manufacturers specification. The boards shall be fixed with counter sunk stainless steel / fully threaded self tapping screws of suitable dia and length at every 300 mm c/c. (Above all partitions) Note: The Aluminium framework shall be anchored etc. / fixed properly in true RCC ceiling and additional diagonal supports to get sufficient rigidness. Actual seen surface area will be measured and paid, if any doors, glass panels, openings are provided in this partition the area of the same shall be deducted.

Dismantling and Refixing of existing network rack

Wall paper: The work includes making the surface for fixing wallpaper and fixing to wall partition wall paper of approved colour, design etc as per required pattern and shape and as directed.

Supply and laying of following size PVC Flexible conduits including necessary bends,elbow,etc, in concealed system below the false ceiling on wall/floor and open system on above false ceiling.(for general purpose, UPS & for work station etc.) The rate shall includes minor civil works such as floor cutting, chipping, plastering and to make good finished surface to match with the original surface.

Providing and fixing 100 mm overall thickness partition with 12.5 mm thick double skin tapered edged Gypsum board conforming to IS:2095: Part 1 upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50 mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corners (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture’s specification Air gap between the plasterboards is to be lined with 50 mm thick approved fiberglass wool and the contractor must ensure that the fiberglass wool is wire-braced to prevent it from ‘lumping down’ over a period of time. The rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium skirting 100 mm high and 1mm thick of approved make aluminium profile with natural color andoizing fixing at bottom on both side of the partition and as per directions of Engineer in charge all complete.

Supply, Installation ,testing & commissioning of category 6U /UTP outlet for voice and data

Painting two or more coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Glass film : The work includes removal of existing glass film work and fixing to glass panels frosted designer film stickers of approved color, design etc as per required pattern and shape and as directed. The vendor shall submit required warranty certificates from the manufacture.

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling conforming to IS:2095 (BS 1230) including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from GI sheet and galvanized in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37mm at 1200mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 40mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25x 25x 0.55 mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to GI channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to GI channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x230 mm long GI wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, The perimeter of ceiling shall be fixed to wall / partition with the help of raw plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive-all screws @ 230 mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with recommended filler, paper tapes, finisher and two coats acrylic emulsion paint over two coats of primer suitable for gypsum board as per manufacturers specification after application of E-Mix/ Pop / Gypsum putty and all as per manufacturer’s specification etc completeand all as directed.and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, trap doors, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum/ Glass/wooden/ACP partitions/panelling, boarding, wooden planks, softboard/ecoboard, doors, windows, fixed glazing with or without frame and false ceiling including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable surplus material outside the Infopark campus as directed by Engineer - in-Charge

Modification of existing sprinkler line for fixing flexible pipe

Straight Glazed Partition of approved make: Supply and installation of full height straight glass partition 12mm thick toughened glass and proprietary matt natural anodized finish aluminium sections of approved make 45x25mm thick. Providing door frame section at around the door two vertical upto false ceiling and horizontal at door top. The sections shall be matt natural anodized and shall be a combination of SAP 004 and 005 on all four sides as per the manufacturers specification and shall be inclusive of all accessories like stake1, stake3 and wedge 3G/B from FFL to the bottom of false ceiling height. The glass joints shall be filled with silicon sealant / beading on both side and the vendor has to prepare the shop drawing for client / Architects approval. Rate shall include for providing transport charges, handling, loading and unloading, Installation, protecting the module and glass till handing over, testing, commissioning all necessary hardware's, scaffolding,wastage, Structural supports if any, etc. complete and all as per manufacturers specifications as directed.

Supplying and fixing freestanding storage units of approved make of following size made of 18 mm thick both sides prelaminated(matching to the cabin furniture/workstation) particle boards for vertical and horizontals and intermediate shelves. The openable door shutters shall be provided with SS handles, locks, auto closing hinges and necessary hardware's etc; complete. The exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC lipping - Storage units 900x450x1800 mm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 1200x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades in skirting riser of steps over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with matching colour epoxy filling width upto 5mm., complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
