The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last five years ending 31st March 2025. The similar work experience can be either of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than Rupees 99.7 Lakhs (40% of the estimated cost); - Two similar completed works costing not less than Rupees 124.6 Lakhs (50% of the estimated cost); - One similar completed work costing not less than Rupees 199.4 Lakhs (80% of the estimated cost). Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least 124.6 Lakhs during the last three financial years ending 31st March 2024. For engineering disciplines, a minimum experience requirement is specified: * For a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer in Civil discipline, a minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience is required, respectively. * For a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer in Electrical discipline, a minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience is required, respectively. * Diploma holders with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience can be considered equivalent to Graduate Engineers. The bidder should also have an available un-utilized Credit Limit of at least 20% of the estimated cost put to tender. Copies of Work orders and satisfactory work completion reports issued by the Client/Authority concerned shall be submitted in proof of the same.
