Cutting & Removal old pipe lines/structural to scrap yard. The work involves: Cut and remove unwanted pipe lines and Structural supports of various sizes at various elevations. Transporting damaged/unwanted structures & pipelines to scrap yard after weighing at weigh Bridge.

Fabrication & fitting of operator cabin for Payloaders BL200-1 No.2 & 3 The Work involves:- Collection and transportation of materials from stores, arrangement of tools & tackles, Fabrication of new cabin in geometrical symmetry with old one on the payloader BL 200 No.2 & 3. Cut and remove of old / damaged cabin parts from the equipments, fixing the new cabin with proper fixtures & supports. Fabrication & fitting of cabin has to carried out as per instruction of Engineer in charge. New glasses with beadings are to be fitted on the fabricated cabins. Doors, Grills and footsteps are to be provided as in the old one. The body shape and symmetry of the fabricated cabin shall be maintained as per the existing one.

Replacement of damaged structural of Barge Unloader walkway and staircase. The work involves: Collection and transportation of materials from stores, mobilising necessary tools & tackles and scaffolding materials to the work site, providing necessary scaffolding wherever necessary . Cutting & removal of damaged structural below the walkway gratings, damaged hand rails, damaged staircase parts, damaged handrails and structures on the Trolley etc. Replace with newly fabricated item and provide new gratings wherever necessary. Newly fabricated/erected items shall be painted with 2 (two) coats of Zinc chromate yellow primer and 2 (two) coats of synthetic enamel of approved make/quality. The works shall be carried out as per the instruction of Engineer in Charge.

Replacement of 800 NB Raw Water Pipeline 5m length, Fitting, Welding, Painting & Wrapping. Transporting required materials to site. Drain the trapped water inside the old 800 NB water line by making an opening for pumping out the water. Cut and remove damaged Raw water line of length of 5 meters. Remove water & mud from inside of the old pipe, cleaning and edge preparation for fitment with new pipe. Cut the new pipe in required length, place and align with the old line. Fit with perfect gap and weld the two joints perfectly. The new pipe line shall be erected and welded without strain. Any rework in the piping shall be in contractors scope. Pipe ends shall be ground properly and take suitable bevel / single Vee. The welding part include all activities associated with making a joint such as cleaning, marking out, cutting, profiling, bevelling, grinding, aligning, fitting up, tack welding, cleaning, chipping, preheating, placing of wind shields or weather protection, Root welding, DP test and final welding together with final cleaning and testing. All welding shall be 100% DP tested. Sufficient excavation of earth to facilitate all-round welding of the pipe shall be arranged by FACT. DP test kit will be supplied by FACT. Surface preparation and Applying two coats of self priming coal tar epoxy paint on replaced pipe line with “Rust-O-Seal” of Asian Paints / “Protectors CTE mastic” of Berger Paints or equivalent. Wrapping the entire length with anti corrosive pipe wrapping tape. Removal old pipes & scrap material to scrap yard and site cleaning.
