Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete- All kinds of soil.

Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles 600mm dia of grade M-30 design mix of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete. (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). Note: Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tubewell boring machine shall not be used. 600 mm dia piles.

Structural steel work for MS liner of 6mm thick and 12mm thick stiffner plate @ 3.00m intervel of pile 600mm dia in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, welding, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete.CC 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete- Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete.- All works above plinth level upto floor V level.

Providing and placing in position precast reinforced cement concrete waffle units, square or rectangular, as per design and shape for floors and roofs in M 25 grade design mix of cement concrete, including flush or deep ruled pointing at joints with Cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Fine sand)making necessary holes of required sizes for carrying through service lines etc., providing steel hooks for lifting etc, form work in precasting, handling, hoisting, centering and erection complete for all floor levels but, excluding the cost of reinforcement including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing Broken glass pieces over coping of compound wall in cement mortar for security purpose including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Cement plaster with a floating coat of neat cement - 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including preparation of surface, supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed.

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian / Berger) to the Gate.Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade as directed including preparation of surface, cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.Two or more coats on new work
