Providing and fixing of 110 mm diameter unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes (Single socketed pipes) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion including fixing necessary clamps, screws and fittings, jointing of pipes & fittings with PVC solvent etc. including walling, making good the wall, ceiling and floor after necessary excavation including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials,labour, tools & plants, centering and shuttering, laying, compacting, curing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including cost of all materials,labour, tools & plants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,metal chips, filling the joints with line sand including cost of all materials,labour, tools & plants etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including cost of all materials,labour, tools & plants etc. complete as directed .

Reinforced cement concrete work in foundations & up to plinth level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of all materials,labour, tools & plants etc. complete as directed .

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of all materials,labour, tools & plants etc. complete as directed .

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Cast Iron Gate (Main/ Wicket) fabricated out of 40mm square bars and 25mm dia bars (as per drawing & design) with all sections and fittings and holdfasts etc. including cost of fabrication, transportation, fixing in position and applying a coat of zinc chromate primer etc. including supply of all labours, tools & plants , materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of Roller slide of 12' length of approved design and make, minimum 450mm wide slide made out of FRP, frame & ladder made from ISI marked hot dipped GI heavy duty pipes, fixing the equipment in position in line and level with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) for foundation of size 0.30 x 0.30 x 0.45 mtr and suitable Stainless steel Anchor bolts, painting with primer to all sections etc. complete including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, transportation etc complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, Supplying and fixing Department emblem in granite plate of size 90 cm x 120 cm (3' x 4') engraving the emblem and letters of approved size with golden colour in granite plate as per drawing and as directed, including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges, fixed in position and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing, Supplying and fixing of Lighthouse/ Department name board in black granite plate of size 61 cm x 45.7 cm (2' x 1' 6") in three languages (Malayalam, Hindi and English) with computerised engraving letters of approved size with golden colour in granite plate as per drawing and as directed, including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges, fixed in position and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with 1st quality Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (Asian/ Snowcem/ Berger) on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) at all heights to give an even shade etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Recovery for scrap value for old dismantled/ removed steel work (old main gate) including loading, transporting, unloading with all lead and lift and removal from Lighthouse premises as approved by Engineer-in-charge
