Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Reinforced cement concrete work in foundations & up to plinth level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4(One cement, four M sand) , 12mm thick to the exposed face of the concrete after cleaning and preparing the surface, including mixing the mortar, trowelling smooth the plastered surface in line and level etc including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed.

Laying I.P.S Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (I cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) 40mm thick laid in one layer, compacting and finished with a floating coat of neat cement , finishing, curing including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc complete as directed .

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections with G.I tube section of 80x80x3.2mm ,96x48x3.2mm,50x25x2mm,25x25x2mm, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and framed work with G.i base plates0f 200x200x8mm& G.I nutbolts, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position.including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,Scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing & fixing at all heights, levels and locations Mill finish Aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper Hx8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. Theprofile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or requiredpitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping Stainlesssteel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of truss/frame work shall be paid separately). 0.91 mm, troughed profile with center to center pitch of 200 mm, depth of 32 mm, overall profile width1092 mm, cover width 1000mm ncluding supply of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding etc complete as directed

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester topcoat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete ncluding supply of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding etc complete as directed .

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators ,ACP wall and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directions of Engineer-in-charge , . Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately), including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides. including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete 150x10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete: 100x75x4 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium pull bolt lock, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws bolts, nut and washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 100mm

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion - 110 mm diameter, including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc. complete.
