3. Professional Staff: The bidder must have at least 10 full-time professional staff engaged in consulting services.
4. Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) or Certified Data Centre Expert (CDCE): The bidder must have at least one ATD (from Uptime Institute or equivalent) or CDCE (from EPI Singapore or equivalent) in its role in the last 5 years. The values mentioned for these Eligibility requirements are:
- Number of facilities: 3
- Number of staff: 10 The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender are:
