Clearing all kind of vegetation growth, bushes, shrubs, thorns, bamboo growths and all other kind of jungle, trees upto 30 cm girth (measured at a height of one metre above ground level) etc. in the area between compound wall and AAI land boundary in city side area of Calicut Airport. All vegetation shall be cut at ground level using mechanical equipment brush cutter and/or chainsaw cutter etc., like petrol operated Honda brush cutter UMK450T and/or equivalent and Heavy duty petrol operated Chainsaw Kisankraft KK-CSP-8650 or equivalent as the case may be, by deploying trained operators. Wherever the machine can’t be used, manual methods of cutting with axe, billhook, pruning saw etc. to be adopted. The item includes subsequent clearing and removal of cut grass, along with its carriage and disposal to the low- lying areas at AAI vaccant land ,out side 28 side including all leads , lifts and associated activities etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The rate is inclusive of hire charges of petrol operated Honda brush cutter UMK450T and Heavy duty petrol operated Chainsaw Kisankraft KK-CSP-8650 or any other cutting machine/equipment, cost of labour, fuel and cost of collecting, bundling, transporting and disposal of cut vegetation to the location intimated by AAI.)
