006 - Providing and fixing Structural Steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

001 - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. (i) By Mechanical Means (A) In area of light jungle complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

008 - Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 m² over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 m² of approved brand and manufacture including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

010 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

014 - Supply & fixing of Arm & Pedal Bike : All products must tested and certified to meet EN16630 safety standards with GS test mark. The EN16630 certificates must be issued by a reputed notified International Certifying Body such as IPEMA, TUV, CPSC, or SGS only. The GS mark-EN 16630 certificates must be in the name of a supplier who has carried out a minimum of 100 public park projects in India with EN16630-GS certified products either by themselves or through their dealers or contractors. These EN16630 & GS Mark certificates must be clearly displayed on the notified certifying bodies websites as online verification is mandatory during technical bid. All products must clearly display the GS mark as has been issued in the EN16630 safety certificates. All Tubular steel of 2.5mm thickness are galvanized and zinc dipped. Joints are Robotic Welded. All welded joints are scalloped as necessary and welded to an approved MIG process. All welds are dressed off removing all sharp edges & burrs. Zinc Primer paint is applied at all the welding paints prior to finishing. All metal parts are powder coated using AKZO Nobel - Great Wall Powder to the thickness of 80 - 120 microns. All metal parts are tested in our salt spray machine that uses a 5% NaCL solution in accordance to ISO7227 to speed up corrosion for 3000 hrs. The seat is made from Rotomoulded LLDPE. Bearings : Maintenance-free ball bearings. Equipment which have sway and moving parts, must have built in limitors that prevent unwanted and ecesssive movement, which can cause injuries. The limitors must be in accordance with EN16630 safety norms. Scope of delivery : 1 completely pre-assembled equipment modules. Maintenance : Maintain according to EN16630 and the maintenance guide. 007 - Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm)

003 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work. In all kinds of soils Depth upto 3 m. complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

013 - Sadarahalli Stone Bench dressed with smooth finish supplying and fixing of benches of following specs-sitting platform size- 1800 mm length X 450mm width X 75mm thickness: leg size - 450mm height X 600mm width X 75mm thickness and 500mm X 125mm X 75mm thickness: sitting height is 450mm or 2piece 1800 mm length X 112 mm width (overall) X 50mm thickness (overall) it has to accommodate 3-4 persons comfortably. The finishing of the bench shall be such it is safe for Users and does not have any sharp edges that may cause injury. The design shall be elegent with smooth curves that makes it aesthetically good appearing for the users. complete with all lead, lift and fixing including all material. etc Complete as per the directions of the Engineer -in-charge of the work.

All welded joints are scalloped as necessary and welded to an approved MIG process. All welds are dressed off removing all sharp edges & burrs. Zinc Primer paint is applied at all the welding paints prior to finishing. All metal parts are powder coated using AKZO Nobel - Great Wall Powder to the thickness of 80 - 120 microns. 012 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

011 - Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Cycle Tracks & Pedestrian Footpaths of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 30mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge.
