Supply & fixing suitable size GI switch board with modular plate and cover in front on surface, including providing and fixing 25 A modular socket outlet and 25A modular SP MCB, "C" curve including connections, painting etc. as required.

Material and labour for Trenchless cutting to cross the cable across the track / road 05 duly supply and provided with HDPE pipe of size 160 mm (OD) of PE 80, PN- 6 category to pull HTUG/LTUG cable as per instruction of Engr-in-charge (Rates includes cost of trenchless cutting, cost of pipe and laying of pipe, but laying charge of cable is not included).

Design, Supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of LT Control Panel, cubical type, 250 A, 3 phase 4 wire system with copper bus bars of size 60 x 6 mm, outdoor type, opening from both front and rear sides, separate compartments for each control gear, cable alley and provision of knock out type entry plates suitable up to 185 sqmm size cables, panel made out of 14 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, epoxy powder coated with grey matt finish , including base frame made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron sections, embedded in PCC 1:3:6 foundation, consisting of the following switchgears and metering devices:- (i) MCCB 250 A, 4P. 36 KA with microprocessor based release - 01 No (ii) MCCB 160 A, 4P. 36 KA with microprocessor based release - 01 No (iii) MCCB 100 A, 4P. 36 KA with microprocessor based release - 03 Nos (iv) MCB 63A, 4P, 10 KA - 02 Nos (v) MCB 5-32 A, DP, 10 KA - 04 Nos Multi-function 3 phase meters reading V, I, W, KVA, PF, Hz etc, including CTs, pilot lamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and provision of Water cooler (Non CFC Refrigerant) Energy Efficient 19 Compressor, 60 Ltrs. /Hrs cooling Cap, Type - storage Cap. 120 Ltrs. Rate of Max. Energy consumption Watts-775, with all connected materials and works all as per detailed tender specifications.

Supply and fixing G.I Pipe 20 mm bore medium grade complete with G.I fittings and clamps, including making good the damaged walls, floors etc, concealed pipe and jointing at tapping point and connecting to the water cooler inlet, cutting chases all as specified and directed.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with size of cable 2 X 4 sq. 07 mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit including all necessary connected works such as cutting chases, drilling holes on wall / ceiling etc including plastering / making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Earthing arrangements (Pipe earthing) as per detailed technical specification conforming to lS:3043 and as per drawing enclosed with tender specifications.

Design, fabrication, Supply, fixing, connecting and commissioning of LT Control Panel/ 15 cable termination box, consisting of the following switchgears and Accessories:- i. 16 SWG CRC Sheet metal box with SIEMENS grey powder coating (1000 x 500 x 250) - 01 No ii. MCCB 63 A, 4 P, 25 KA TM, 415 V AC - 1 No iii. MCCB 32 A, 4 P, 25 KA TM - 2 Nos iv. RYB Indicators - 03 Nos v. Suitable Aluminium Bus Bar with complete Integral wiring - 01 No.

Supply and making water / moisture proof end termination with brass double compression gland and aluminum lugs for 4 x 16 sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE pipe) of size 50 MM (OD) of category PE 80, PN 6, ISI marked along with accessories (T joint / bend / straight coupler etc. all as per detailed specification.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions complete as per the site requirement with 18 mm 18 thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. Complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing un-plasticized PVC connection pipe with brass unions 20 mm nominal bore complete all as per detailed tender specifications.

Supply and fixing 25 Amps, SPN, 230 V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc, as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in PCC : 1:11⁄2:3 (1 Cement: 11⁄2 coarse sand (zone-III) 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources for foundation water coolers etc, all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Double pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc all as specified and directed.

Transportation, Laying / fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of LTUG cable 04 4cx25 / 4cx16 / 4cx35 / 4cx50 sqmm as per specification. Notes:- (1). LT UG cable will be issued by Railways. The contractor will be responsible for collection of cables from the Elect Depot Hubli including loading, unloading, transportation up to site and return of un-used cables back at Depot. Cost of these provisions is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
