Two grey boards are hinged together with calico cloth blue of 90 mm wide on outside with 50 mm gap between boards inside. The inner side is pasted with 32 Kg(=65GSM) craft paper throughout i.e. in cludes gap of calico cloth, with printing in bilingual mono colour with title of SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAY wit h Indian Railway logo and other details as per the specimen. Top board reinforced by pasting blue calico 90 mm with X 80 mm length at the centre edge turned inside and outside equally. Lower outside board is reinf orced with strip of calico cloth 90 mm width X 290 mm length with 40 mm turned inside horizontally is the centre with two cut slits at 190 mm a part with white cotton tape of 12.5 mm width and 1 metre long to tie the file. Each board provided with 2 brass coated eyelets fixed for standard punch at a distance of 135 mm approximate from top and bottom 20 mm from left edge duly providing with two cotton white tags of 600 m m long with metal reinforcement of 3/4 to 1 at ends.
