Conducting a drone based aerial survey for the generation of orthophotosas per Railway Guidelines (Letter no. 2015/Track-1/24(1)/18/1/ dated 09.10.2017 and as per the alignment plan given by Railways on the Google earth to provide alignment plan in kml file format. Deliverable: 1. Raw images (jpg format) (2cm GSD) 2. File scaled and geopositioned orthophoto tiles in jpg & sid compressed format of 2cm resolution and resampled at 5cm GSD. 3. Final scaled and geopositioned ortho tiles in jpg and Sid compressed format of 2cm resolution and resampled at 5cm GSD.4. Final scaled and geopositioned orthomosaic in JPG & Sid format for each 5km. 5. Map file compatible to CAD/GIS in SHP format duly linked with attributes of assets. 6. Quality control report for positional accuracy assessment coordinates to be picked for atleast 5 well defined assets in 1km lengthb from google and same to be measured on 9 the orthophoto coordinates comparsion. The difference between these values should be greater than equal to 3m. 7. The centre line, piers, railway land boundary are to be shown on google earth. (alignment file in dwg format and coordinates will be provided by Railways. Note: 1. This item is complimentary item to LiDAR survey for generation of ortho photos. 2. This item includes prepration of orthophotos for yards also falling in the corridor of 100m. Seperate payment will be made for bigger yards vide relevant item of the BOQ for generation of orthophotos over and above this item.3. The details are to be collected for a corridor of 100m on the finalized alignment. i.e. 50m on either side.Stage Payment: 1. On completion of drone flying and submission of data in the relevant format - 20%. 2. On submission and approval of orthophotos and other deliverables - 60%. 3. On submission of DPR to Railway board and approval by zonal Railways -20%.

Supplying , providing, laying& fixing 5mm thick concretecanvas (flexible concreteimpregnated fabric thathardens when hydrated toform a thin, durable waterproof and fire resistanceconcrete layer within 24hours) in limited heightsubway and other requiredwork of Hubballi 9 division,South Western Railway.Note: 1) Contractor shallsubmit all relevant testcertificates of the materials.2) The adopted rates aredeemed to include to alltaxes (Direct or indirect),royalty, octoral etc. ofCentral Govt./State Govt./Local body etc. and all theincidental charges. 3) Massor unset concrete canvasshould be 7Kg/M2. 4) Therate includees all the cost oflead, lift, loading, unloading,all type of transportation,ascent, descent, crossing ofrailway track, road, nullahwherever required, allcontractor's labour, materialto complete in all respect.

Fixing reference pegs: Striking out of centre line of railway alignment using total station or any other latest survey equipment and fixing centre line pegs of adequate size with Railway's tie bars/cut rails at every 100m on straight and 25m in curves, at bridges etc., with contractor's surveyor, 9 equipment, all consumables, labour etc. NOTES: (i) The reference pegs shall be fixed along the alignment at appropriatelocations to provide information for execution of formation, bridges, ballasting and linking of track throughout the period of construction. (ii) Contractor is responsible for maintaining the reference pegs includingshifting in case of shifting of alignment or to facilitate construction. (iii) The reference pegs shall be usable as temporary bench marks wherever required.

Plotting initial levels: Computer Plotting of the theoretical cross section profile based on the initial levels of ground, recorded in the level books for cuttings/embankments at intervals of 25m or 9 less including computation of theoretical profile/quantities duly deducting quantities for bridges and any other structure not requiring execution of earthwork in A4 size sheet with contractor's material, man power, consumables, tools and plants etc., and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTES: i) Plottings and calculations are to be submitted to Railway in 3 sets. (ii) One cross section in one A4 size sheet is required.

Plotting final levels: Computer plotting of the theoretical & actual final finished cross section profile, duly indicating different type of strata available/ excavated in the x-section, based on the final levels recorded in the level books for banks/ cuttings at intervals of 25m or less, including computation of theoretical/actual quantities done as per classification of different types of 9 soil/blanketing material as certified by Engineer-incharge duly deducting quantities for bridges and any other structure not requiring execution of earthwork in A4 size sheet with contractor's material, man power, consumables, tools and plants etc., and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTES: i) Plottings and calculations are to be submitted to Railway in 3 sets. ii)One cross section in one A4 sheet is required. iii) For embankments, computation of different soils viz., cut spoils, contractor's own earth, blanketing material are to be shown separately as per measurement recorded.

Supply and application of HighPerformance Flexible GrowthMedium (HP-FGM) which is100%biodegradable, composed of 100%recycled, thermally refined (within apressurized vessel) virgin 9 woodfibers, crimped interlockingbiodegradable fibers, mineralactivators, and wetting agents(including high-viscosity colloidalolysaccharides, cross linkedbiopolymers and water absorbents)along with STANDARD prescriptiveagronomic formulations such asfertilizer, extended term dyes, soilpH modifiers, bio stimulantmaterials and seeds which ishydraulically applied for Erosioncontrol.

"Supply and application of Biotic Soil Media (BSM) - a combination of recycled Thermally RefinedR bark and wood fibers with a proprietary blend of biopolymers, biochar, seaweed extract, humic 9 acid, endomycorrhizae and other beneficial constituents. All components of the Biotic Soil Media blend shall be of naturally derived and renewable, and engineered to optimize moisture retention, growth and establishment of vegetation. BSM is applied hydraulically over soil substrate to add organic matter so as to enrich soil nutrients prior to application of PFGM/BFM/ET- FGFM or other hydraulic erosion control mulch layers. as per BSM specifications along with standard prescriptive agronomic formulations such as fertilizer, extended term dyes, soil pH modifiers, bio stimulant materials, seeds etc as specified.

Providing the services of Computer oriented technical manpower (Draftsman) to carryout works like drawing , computation, writeup etc., using computer, using software like Auto CAD, MS office 9 etc., between 08.00 hours and 20.00 hours of the day with all expenses of transportation, accommodation, food, consumables etc., with all ascents, descents, taxes, octroi, cess,fees,duties with contractors cost etc., as per special conditions/specifications/regulations and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note the person engaged for providing the services shall be convergent with computer working knowledge in above software.
