Providing, laying and rolling of Open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates by using (S-65) penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to requied linc, grade and leveltto serve as wearing course on a previously prepared bse including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three whell 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35xk0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60mtrs in cement concrete 1:1 ½:3 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirpes as shown in drawing. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 mtrs with cement concrete 1:3:6 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineering charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of sub-grade with approved material Gravel/Murrum with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table No. 300-2 complete as per specifications, including cost of earth, watering charges & compaction by vibratory roller to 97% of modified proctors density) MORTH Specification No. 305 with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Excavation in Soil with in all types of soil by mechanical means including cutting and loading to tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transportation with lead of 1.00 km and complete as per Specifications. with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 Grade 200m stone of standard design as per IRC:26-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per specifications. Including additional M-15 concrete pedestal of 0.2mt. height above G.L.MORTH Specification No. 804 with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 Grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per specifications. Including additional M-15 concrete pedestal of 0.2mt. height above G.L. MORTH Specification No. 804 with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of granular sub-base Grading-III as Sub-base and drainage layer by providing coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite/ trap/basalt material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98 % proctor density, complete as per specifications. Clause 401 of MORTH V Revision. For Grading III Material with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Direction and place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm size Board: Providing and erecting driction and palce identification retro reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm cupported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75x75x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of propoerty designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Scarifying Kankar/Gravel/Metal Crust Existing Granular Surface to a Depth of 150 mm thickness disposal of stuff including cost all labours charges , HOM Complete as per Specifications MORTH/Chapter -3 with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting cushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per Specification. A.By Mechanical Means. MORTH Specification No. 404 (Grading III) with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 Available Earth (50%) with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars/local stone of standard design as per IRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1704 with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and fixing of retro -reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of propoerly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm 60cm celow ground level as per approved drawing. with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Bitumen (S-65) Case - II : Type B with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing Anti Striping agent for Bitumen for Bituminous items with 3Kg/ton with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.
