Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 with OPC cement @ 220kgs, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.892cum and fine aggregates @ 0.465cum machine mixed, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing granite slabs of 10 cms thick selected quality roughly dressed and fixed in cement morter (1:6) including fixing curing etc., complete. ..with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Removing and Resetting of Kerb Stones.with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing RCC Precast Covering slabs 10cms thick with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.20 cm in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto lead of 1000 meters, stacking servicable and unserviacble materials seperately complete as per specification. with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and removing centering, shuttering, structting, propping etc., and removal of form work for flat surface such as suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and likes, thickness upto 200mm inculding cost of all materials, labour complete as per specifications.with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement for RCC work including straighteneing, bending, cutting, hooking placing in position, laping or welding wherever required tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members whereveer necessary complete as per design(laps and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of material labours HOM machinaries complete as per specification for TMT Bars Fe 500..with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Plain/ Reinforcement Cement concrete M20 with OPC cement @ 320kgs, with 20mm and downsize graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.69cum fine aggregates @ 0.46cum, with superplastisister @3lts confirming to IS 9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008, in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications using concrete mixer .with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Cement concrete pavement.Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with OPC cement or any other type as per clause 1051.2.2 design mix M30 , with 25mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates and fine aggregtes , with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008 , mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane, selant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per specifications-M30 (at 360 Kg per cum coarse aggregate @ 0.69 cum and fine aggregate @ 0.46 cum) with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Vaccum de-watering with vacuum pump and suction mat and compaction with skin floater clubbed with flaoting disc including cost of generator, HOM of machineries, screed vibratory, power floater, blade and disc etc., with all lead and lift, ..with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and applying Ready mix priming coat over concrete/masonry/asbestos cement sheet/ plastered surfaces includung preparing the surfaces after throughly cleaning of oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, and sand papering including cost of materials, labour, complete..with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and applying spray painting in two coats(excluding priming coat) over concrete/masonry/asbestos cement sheet/ plastered surfaces with flat wall paint of approved brand to give even shade after cleaning surface of all dirt and other foreign matter, and sand papering including cost of materials, labour, complete.with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and constructing precast solid concrete blocks of size 400x150x200mm having block density not less than 1800kg/m3 having a minimum average compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 confirming to IS 2185(Part 1):2005 and constructed with CM 1:4, as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing, Hire chargers of machineries etc., complete as per specifications..with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Dismantling of existing structures lik culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, CC, wood work, steel work, uncluding T&P and scaffolding wherever neccessay, sorting the dismantled material, disposal and unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000meters complete as per specifications Dismantling Rubble stone masonry in cement mortorwith all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing chamfering edges to stone slab 2.5cms. Wide as per specifications. with all lead and lift as per directions of Engineer Incharge of the work

Providing and fixing Pre cast solid concrete kerb stones made out of CC 1 :2:4 with top and bottom width 114 and 165mm respectively 400 mm high and 450mm in length finished and finished with CM 1 :3 plastering and finishing cutting including form work curing including cost of all materials labour hire charges of machinery loading and unloading lead and lift transportation etc complete.with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing 18mm thick plaster in single cost with cement mortor 1:3, to stone masonry & concrete surface includind rounding off the corners wherevwr required smooth rendreing, Providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications...with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Earthwork excavation by manual means in ordinary soil invovling an average horizontal throw upto 2meters and an average lift upto 1.5m. Excavated surface levelled and sides neatly dressed, the disposed earth to be levelled neatly after breaking of clods complete as per specifications. with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing ruled pointing to coursed stone masonry with cement mortar 1:3, 20mm deep, after raking joints to depth of 20mm nicely lining, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications...with all lead and lift as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.
