The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

8.35.2 - Painting with Silicon & Acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces :Two coats with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

2.11.a - Steel Fabrication Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. Foundations of Bridges ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

1.14.1 - Mechanical Means - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work. In all kinds of soils Depth upto 3 m ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

8.41 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

Data rate approved by SE Mangaluru Date 11.01.2019 - Providing and fixing in position Precast Concood slabs of length 1.22m and width 0.45m including welded reinforcement with M.S flat of size 25mmX6mm as outer frame work, 4mm dia hot briquetted rods as main and distribution bars welded to the inside space of M.S flats at 10cm c/c spacing, chicken mesh is binded to both sides of the slab for additional reinforcement. Cement concrete mix 1:2:3 with OPC cement @ 340 kgs, 6mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.70cum and fine aggregates @ 0.47cum, with acrylic polymer bonding admixtures at 3.5 lts per cum is prepared and laid in position. The top surface is finished with cement mortar of mix 1:3 for a average thickness of 4mm. The slabs are then cured for 21 days and are fixed in position.including cost of all lead lift , labour , loading & unloading charges etc complete. ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

13.6 - Providing, fitting and fixing mild steel railing complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 2703.2 & 1900 ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

12.3.A - Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete including compaction as per drawing and Technical Specification - Granular material. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 710.1.4. of IRC :78 & 2200 ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

8.54 - Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc, having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm, 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete. Spec. No. As directed by Engineer in Charge & MoRTH specification 804. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - MoRTH 804 ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

2.1.3 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. - Mix 1:3:6 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

6.33 - Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x150x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications. ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

8.3.1 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick/stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per direc- tions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

8.34.3 - Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

11.16.2 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.
