22-23 Approved Data Rate,Sl.No:18,Mangalore Circle - Providing and Application of Block and Facility Marking, Hazard Marking, Directional and Arrow Marking as per IRC: 35-2015 Clause 3.3 - 3.7 with approved quantity of Hot Applied Thermoplastic Material on Bituminous Road Surface which meets the MORTH specification of Clause 803.4.2.2 which is applied by a screed technique, where the Thermoplastic Compound applied is not less than 3mm in thickness, with the surface application of solid reflectorizing glass beads at 250 gms/sqm shall be applied simultanously to produce an adherent pavement marking including the cost of all materials, lead and lift, labour, transportation etc.,. The finished surface shall be uniform and free from streaks and holes, complete as per the specified drawing and Engineer Incharge. ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

22-23 Approved Data Rate,Sl.No:1,Mangalore Circle - Precasting, Supplying and Fixing of R.C.C Village Board of size 1.50m X 1.00m X 0.075m, 20mm down size granite or trap jelly laid in thick layer having Trapezoidal Board Cap of 0.50m X 0.30m X 0.075m at the top center portion of the Board & is well compacted including vibrating, curing and necessary reinforcement using required centering and form work etc., including smooth finishing of CM 1:3 etc., complete including the cost of steel and fabrication charges, loading and unloading, transportation and fixing the village name board in place with R.C.C Column of size 0.125m X 0.125m X 2.80m duly excavated to the required depth and in CC 1:2:4 and then providing the board with 2 coats of enamel paint and lettering of required size and numbers etc., and column painting with alternate black and white strips of 25mm each, Complete including the cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift, labour., and complete as per Specification and Engineer Incharge. ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

8.45 - Providing Vertical Delineator having wide angle cube corner micro prismatic non metallic Retro- reflective sheeting confirming to Type XI of IRC:67:2012 with White Color and Red Color combination and having minimum of retro reflective exposed area of 125 Sq CM on top slots & 35 Sq CM on bottom slots and no edges shall be exposed for tampering. This tubular delineator shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic outer body & the inner core shall consist of powder coated or painted Mild steel of minimum thickness 1.0mm.& core-shell structure shall be of height not less than 800 mm above the ground and width not less than 80 mm. less than 80 mm. The metallic core of the delineator shall extend 300mm beyond the shell length from bottom for installing in the ground. The extended portion shall have slots to insert anchoring rods for enhancing the concrete grip. The logo of the manufacture shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. The engineering thermoplastic used for making the delineator body shall have minimum initial mechanical properties of be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting as per MoRTH specification 806 ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.
