16.28 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016:, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. 2900 - Road Maintence for 5th year for raod with BM+SDBC as wearing coat Maintenance of Road for 3rd Year by cleaning and Uprooting Vegetation on either sides of the road, Maintenance of Surface drains by cleaning, reshaping, deepening, of side drains, Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surfaces and necessary, Maintenance and painting of meter and Km stones, White washing of parapet walls of CD work and tree trunks, Patching of shallow and Deep potholes using premixed bitumen mixes corresponding to the layers of the road and repairs to CD,s including Vent Clearance.as per lt no 2900 dt 20.01.2024 approved by SE Bellary km20.20 to 27.60

5.32 - Tack coat on Bituminous surface - Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 Bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/m2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 503

5.1.A.i - Prime Coat over WMM/WBM - Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/m2 using mechanical means. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 502

2.1.2 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) - Mix 1:4:8( M5) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

4.17 - Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory rollerto achieve the desireddensity. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 406

16.15.b - PIPE CULVERTS - Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 as per design in Single Row - Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1101.6. - 1000mm dia. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 1101.6

2.11.h - Steel Fabrication Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. All other type of structures

2.3.1 - Providing and laying in Reinforced cement concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) - Sqm0 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

8.18 - Boundary pillar / Guard Stone - Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars of standard design as per IRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 807

1.5.1 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains,canals, waste weir draft, approach channels, key trench, foundation of Bridges and such similar works, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off or leveling the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage & other appurtenances required to complete the work. - In ordinary/soft rock without blasting upto 1.5 m depth

3.5 - Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material by Mechanical Means using Hydraulic excavator with in all lifts and lead. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 305.4.3

5.31 - Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete - Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5% by weight of mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MoRTH V revision. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - IRC-37:2018

2.2.1.1 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) - Sqm0 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

3.6 - Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders - Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 305

5.8.ii.C - Bituminous Macadam Grading - II for traffic <20 MSA - Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.4% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 504

16.8.b - Surface Drains in Soil - Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross- sectional area 0.40 m2 in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307. - Mechanical Means. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 307

2.5.ii.a - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. By Mechanical Means using Dozer - In area of light jungle

8.16.ii - Kilometre Stone - Reinforced cement concrete M15grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc - Ordinary kilometer stone (precast). Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 805
