ii. Isolation of CV Instrumentation, CV Diaphragm replacement & positive seating, cleaning & normalization of CV instrumentation & scale fixing , calibration of CV .
iii. Isolation of air MV Instrumentation, cleaning & normalization of MV, MV stroke checking & GS Setting.
iv. Servicing and Testing of PRV, replacement of PRV, replacement of PRV may require mounting bracket modification Note: PRVs will PRVs with I/L and O/L port size ¼” & port size ½”.
v. Servicing and testing of SV, replacement of SV. vi. Removal from field, servicing, calibration and installation of TG, replacement of TG in field after shop calibration of new TG. vii. Checking and rectification of locking arrangements , check and rectification of cables dressing and glandings, JB sealing rubber liner inspection and replacement on requirement , cleaning inside the JB and closing the holes of the JB , checking and provision JB grounding if not provided. viii. Damper, Job involves isolation & normalization of Instrumentation tubing, Limit switches, Solenoid valve, Quick exhausts, GS setting.
ix. Disconnection of MI or PVC cable glands from both the ends of cable (Instrument and JB end) and removal of MI or PVC cable from the cable tray for an identified instrument, keeping other cables intact in the tray. x. Field Lamp replacement.
xi. GS replacement & setting.
xii. H2 Leak detector & CO2 fire detector testing with sample gas, cleaning of detectors, or replacement of faulty detectors or loop problem rectification. xiii. Trouble shooting of Beetle FMU and its card maintenance. xiv. Beetle cleaning and clearing deficiencies related to beetle like chattering, ME resistance checking and replacement as required.
xv. Condition monitoring of various system. xvi. RTD replacement.
