Preventive Maintenance on MVs, job involves isolation of air MV instrumentation, cleaning & normalization of MV, MV Stroke checking & GS Setting.

Preventive Maintenance on PRV, job involves either servicing & testing of PRV, or replacement of PRV. Note: PRVs will PRVs with I/L and O/L port size ¼” & port size ½”, replacement of PRV may require mounting bracket modification.

Preventive Maintenance on SVs, job involves either servicing and testing of SV, or replacement of SV. Note: SVs will include - 3-way, 5-way SV, replacement of SV may require mounting bracket modification  SV Coil supply may be 24V DC,48V DC or 220V DC.

Preventive Maintenance of Pressure gages, job involves either removal from field, servicing, calibration and installation of PG or replacement of PG in field after shop calibration of new PG. Note : Pressure Gages range - From vacuum to any range subject to maximum of 400 Kg/cm2.

Preventive Maintenance of Temperature gage(TG), job involves either removal from field, servicing , calibration and installation of TG, or replacement of TG in field after shop calibration of new TG. Note: Temp Gages range - From 0 °C to any range subject to maximum of 400 Deg C.

Preventive Maintenance of Junction Box. The job involves checking and rectification of locking arrangement, check and rectification of cables dressing and glanding, JB sealing rubber liner inspection and replacement on requirement, cleaning inside the JB and closing the holes of the JB, checking and provision JB grounding if not provided .Note: The no. of terminals of the JB shall be 50/100/200 Terminal JB.

Preventive Maintenance of Damper instrumentation. Job involves isolation & normalization of instrumentation tubing , limit switches, solenoid valve, quick exhausts ,GS setting of damper.

Preventive Maintenance of Pump Instrumentation-job involves isolation and normalization of pump tubing arrangements, RTDs, control cables from pull boxes.

Preventive maintenance of flow gauges job involves either removal from field, servicing, calibration and installation of new FG, replacement of FG in field after shop checking of new FG.

Shifting of faulty instruments from CMU shop to salvaging room.

Maintenance on RTDs and Thermocouples with integral MI cables. Job involves Replacement of RTD or Thermocouple with complete routing of new integral MI cable, de routing of integral MI cable and removal of old RTD or Thermocouple.

Cable glanding and termination – Job involves Glanding and termination at instrument end or JB end /gland, Making of new glanding holes by knockout punch in JB, cable routing. Note cable gland size shall be from UN 01 to UN-06.

Laying of PVC tubes-Jobs involves laying of PVC tubes as per requirement, Arrangement for air supply connection, swaging of end points.

Note: Electronic pressure transmitter will be of one of the following types: pressure transmitter & differential pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter& differential temperature transmitter. ii.     Isolation of CV Instrumentation, CV Diaphragm replacement & positive seating, cleaning & normalization of CV instrumentation & scale fixing , calibration of CV . iii.     Isolation of air MV Instrumentation, cleaning & normalization of MV, MV stroke checking & GS Setting.      iv.     Servicing and Testing of PRV, replacement of PRV, replacement of PRV may require mounting bracket modification Note: PRVs will PRVs with I/L and O/L port size ¼” & port size ½”.        v.     Servicing and testing of SV, replacement of SV.      vi.     Removal from field, servicing, calibration and installation of TG, replacement of TG in field after shop calibration of new TG.    vii.     Checking and rectification of locking arrangements , check and rectification of cables dressing and glandings, JB sealing rubber liner inspection and replacement on requirement , cleaning inside the JB and closing the holes of the JB , checking and provision JB grounding if not provided. viii.     Damper, Job involves isolation & normalization of Instrumentation tubing, Limit switches, Solenoid valve, Quick exhausts, GS setting.      ix.     Disconnection of MI or PVC cable glands from both the ends of cable (Instrument and JB end) and removal of MI or PVC cable from the cable tray for an identified instrument, keeping other cables intact in the tray.        x.     Field Lamp replacement.      xi.     GS replacement & setting.    xii.     H2 Leak detector & CO2 fire detector testing with sample gas, cleaning of detectors, or replacement of faulty detectors or loop problem rectification. xiii.     Trouble shooting of Beetle FMU and its card maintenance. xiv.     Beetle cleaning and clearing deficiencies related to beetle like chattering, ME resistance checking and replacement as required.    xv.     Condition monitoring of various system. xvi.     RTD replacement. xvii.     Cylinder sampling with chemical Lab per visit to steel yard. xviii.     Leak test job related to CMU for EP and Damper.

Assistance for carrying out Preventive maintenance on Process switches, Pressure gages, Level Gages. The job involves assistance during in-situ/Shop Calibration of pressure switch /replacement with a Calibrated pressure switch ,removal from field, servicing, calibration and installation of PG/replacement of PG in field after shop calibration of PG, replacement of LG Glass, replacement of gasket, and replacement of LG Top & bottom isolation valve gland packing and Air hold leak check after replacement of Glass.

Assistance for carrying out one of following Preventive maintenance /on one of the day to day maintenance.         i.    Maintenance on RTDs and Thermocouples       ii.    Spare arrangement in C&I job shack     iii.      Shifting of scrap     iv.      Field instruments housekeeping      v.     Water supply and filtration plant The job involves assistance during any one of the sub activities,         i.    One to one Replacement of RTD or Thermocouple with complete routing of new integral MI cable, de routing of integral MI cable and removal of old RTD or Thermocouple       ii.    Spare arrangement in C&I job shack, listing and housekeeping of material C&I shack     iii.      Shifting of scrap from Salvaging room/C&I job shack to Scrap yard     iv.      Cleaning of dust from field instruments, Ensuring the availability of Valid calibration sticker in good shape, Ensuring the availability of Instruments Tags, Ensuring the proper mounting & glanding (as applicable).       v.      Water supply and filtration plant Instrument maintenance

Assistance for carrying out one of following Preventive maintenance on any one of the day to day maintenance.         i.    Maintenance & Replacement of Pull boxes       ii.    Maintenance on Identification related issues and provision of Instrumentation supports.     iii.      Drawing of material from store for inspection/ C&I job shack     iv.      Depositing of material from store for inspection/ C&I job shack       v.      Arrangement of N2 Cylinder for calibration arrangement in shop     vi.      LG leak attending   vii.      Installation of Brass Needle valves viii.      Replacement of existing Copper tubing with new copper tubes     ix.      Flow gauges maintenance The job involves assistance during any one of the sub activities,         i.    Preparation of new pull box in shop, fixing in field, glanding the cables and termination of wires, Checking and rectification of Pull box holes, cover, cable glands; dressing and clamping of cables connected to pull box       ii.    Identification, Letter & number punching on metal tags and Provision of tag on instrument/Instrumentation Supports fixing & rectification     iii.    Identification, depositing/ drawing of material from CMM stores/C&I job shack by battery operated truck     iv.    Identification, depositing of inspected material to CMM stores/C&I job shack by battery operated truck       v.    Arrangement of N2 Cylinder for calibration arrangement in shop     vi.    Replacement of LG Glass/Replacement of Gasket/ Replacement of LG Top & bottom isolation valve gland packing / Air hold leak check after replacement of Glass.   vii.    Installation of Brass Needle valves -Valve size may be 1/4",1/2",10mm,12mm tube end etc. & required tubing modification if required. viii.    Replacement with new tubes, laying & proper routing along with support arrangement, Swaging of end connections, Work may involve in air, water or oil system.     ix.     Removal from field, servicing, calibration and installation of new FG/ Replacement of FG in field after shop checking of new FG.
