Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of extension panel for coupling with the existing panel board of 415V,50 hz, 3 ph, 4 wire, AC supply, with horizontal aluminium bus bar (at the top side) of size 4 nos of 200 mm X 5 mm phase and 1 no of 200 mm X 10 mm for Neutral with dimensions of 2300 mm height, 1280 mm depth. The extension panel shall consist of 1 vertical dummy chamber of approximate 500 mm length to match for site condition, vertical bus bar section, 6 nos. of Outgoings feeders (in 2 vertical sections) of 400 A, 3 Pole + N, 36 kA MCCB with built in microprocessor based O/L & S/C releases, spreader terminals and door operating handle. The Panel shall be of cubicle type, Free standing, 14 / 16 G sheet steel enclosed, indoor type, dust and vermin proof, single front, rear side cable alley, compartmentalized welded construction, Powder coated, indoor, front operated, free standing, compartmentalized type. The drawing shall be got approved before fabrication.

Laying of one number PVC insulated / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.(240 sq.mm & 400 sq.mm UG cable will supplied by the department).

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.(240 sq.mm & 400 sq.mm UG cable will supplied by the department).

Supply of following size, 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured, Aluminium conductor UG cable confirming to IS:7098 (Pt-1) 1988 in one length as required.

Supply and errection of MS Chequered Cable trench plate of thickness 5mm with primer & painted, with suitable handles as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Above 35 sq.mm and upto 95 sq.mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Dismantling of LT SFU PCC Panel including removal of existing cables terminated on the LT PCC Panel and movement of removed panel to stores as directed. Panel details as follows. Dimensions: 24.5 ft length x 7.3 ft width x 1.8 ft depth. Outgoings: 6 Nos of 400 A SFU with 3.5C X 240 sq.mm armoured al cable terminated on each SFU, 2 nos of 750 A switch with 2 runs of 3.5C X 400 sq.mm armoured al cable terminated on each switch, 5 runs of 3.5C X 400 sq.mm armoured al cable connected to the bus bar as incomer, 4 nos of 400 A SFU terminated with each of the following 3.5C X 95, 4C X 50, 4C X 35, 4C X 35 armoured al cables, 8 nos of 400 A SFU as spare.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
