The distribution board shall be duly painted with powder coat paint all complete as required.

Supplying and fixing 30 A, 415 V, TPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 30 A "C" curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Re-wiring for group control light points 3 in a row with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earth wire in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit including dismantling of existing wire, luminaires & other accessories as per the site requirements. The lights shall be controlled terminated at existing MCB distribution board (light control) as directed by the Engineer - in- charge. The existing ceiling height & width of the building from finished ground / wall - to - wall will be around 12 & 10 meter respectively. The contractor / bidder shall be take necessary safety while execution as per the site need.

Supply and drawing of 1 x 2.5 sq.mm, FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as per IS 694:1990 in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as a earth conductor as required.

Supply installation testing commissioning of 600 mm (24"), 0.33HP,1440rpm, 3 blade oscillating type industrial powder coated Pedestal fan, the blade shall be cast aluminium suitable for operation on 230 Volts, 50 Hz, single phase A.C supply all complete as required.

Supply of multistrand aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up tape, PVC inner sheathed, flat GI armoured power cable of 1.1kV grade as per IS - 7098 (part-I) - 1988. The size & core of the cable shall be as follows:

Supply of 200 W, LED lensed type high bay luminaries with high grade aluminium pressure die cast, toughened glass, lamp efficiency, wide beam optic high spread using high quality lenses & reflector, multiple LED panels having efficiency ≥ 85%. The life of LED burning hour shall be not less than 50000 Hrs & THD shall be less than 10 % respectively. The luminaire shall be provided with over voltage protection up to 300 Volts, surge protection up to 4 kV, constant current driver and ready for operation on 230 Volts, 50 Hz power supply etc., all complete as required.

Installation testing and commissioning of LT power control center (LT PCC) as specified under item no 1 on the floor/ existing trench using MS channel fabricated pedestal. The MS channel size shall be150x150mm and 400mm above the floor level as the requirement. The pedestal stand shall be painted with 2 coat of red oxide and black enamel paint etc.,. The pedestal shall grouted on the floor using necessary cement concreate/bolt, nut & fasteners etc., all complete as required and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as required.

All the above switch gears and other associated accessories shall be mounted in suitable size of enclosure made out of using 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for load bearing & 1.6 mm for non-load bearing members as per standard practice. All the MCCBs incoming & out going feeders shall be inter connected using suitable rated bus bars. Also the necessary spreader links shall be provided as required. The provision shall be made available for terminating cable of size 1 runs of 4 core 400 Sq.mm & 4 core 150 Sq.mm Al. armoured XLPE cable for incoming & all outgoing feeders respectively at the bottom. Also necessary 3mm gland plates shall be made available as required. All the cubical doors shall be earthed and aluminium earth bar shall be provided bottom of the panel as per standard practice. The enclosure shall be painted with powder coated paint Siemens grey RAL7035 as required. The GA of PCC shall be got approved before fabrication.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing system using 3000 mm length, 77-80 mm outer dia copper bonded M.S. Pipe as primary electrode. The Copper bonded pipe electrodes shall be of molecularly bonding of pure electrolytic copper (99.9%) with the thickness/bonding of rangeing from 50 to 100 microns. The hollow space of the electrode shall be duly filled using high conductive and non-corrosive compound to withstand fault current lands on the electrode. Both the ends of the pipe / electrode shall be permanently sealed and the top portion of the earth electrode shall be provided with extended lead holes on the terminal for connecting to the earth terminals. The electrode shall be directly buried in the ground. The earth pit shall be refilled using environment friendly low resistance grounding minerals having a combination of graphite & natural earth minerals to form a low resistance zone all round the electrode. The required quantity of water shall be poured inside the earth pit as per the OEM recommendations as required. The necessary earth chamber shall be provided using ready made cement concreate chamber with removable concreate cement cover. The earth resistance shall be measured and displayed with all details on the alco panel/powder coated MS board near to the earth pit as per the site requirement.

Supplying and fixing 5 to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load, fixing in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc.,

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of wall mounted type 25litre RO+UV water purifier having pre filter, carbon, membrane, sediment filter and pumps etc., with all complete set ready for operation on 230V AC supply as required.

Dismantling of existing industrial panel, TPN switches, switch boards conduit pipes, old LT cables, wires and accessories etc.,. All complete dismantled items shall be shifted to central stores distance around 60 meter from the site as required.
