Four - Providing and laying in-situ vibrated M-20 grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway d / s face, energy dissipating structures, training walls, piers, abutments and such other locations including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling,vibrating, finishing, curing with all other ancillary operations etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (Ref : Para 4.7 to 4.7.22 and 4.8 to 4.8.1 Sec II B 2.1 to 2.21 of detailed Specification)

The granite/trap/ basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (Ref : Para 4.7 to 4.7.22 and 4.8 to 4.8.1 Sec II B 2.1 to 2.21 of detailed Specification) M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

Eight - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/ welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Nine - Providing ,Supplying and fixing M.S. gates of Suitable size with required number of M.S. plate , stiffners, and horizontal bracing of ISMC 75*40 including rubber guard of ISA 20*4 of approved quality to bottom & two sides and to be fixed to the grove of M.S. gate of size 25 mm with machine screw nuts and bolts of size 6mm dia & 35mm long and fixed with 16mm dia MS bar handles with required numbers suitably welded to horizontal bracing including two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a coat of primer & all necessary works as directed and complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Ten - Providing and fixing M.S. Channel frame to suite the suitable size of gates. The side channels with suitable height with hold fasts 12mm dia and 0.5m long M.S. Bar at 0.50 m c/c with suitable size bottom channel including cost of all materials including two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of primer etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Eleven - Providing and placing sand bags consisting of empty cement bags filled with 35 to 40 kg locally available sand for forming ring bund including plugging the joints with selected earth, cost of all labour, materials etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Twelve - Filling clayey soil between two rows of sand bags placed for forming ring bund including tamping, plugging leakage points etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Relevant IS Specifications)

Thirteen - Providing and constructing 450 mm thick hand packed rough stone revetment consisting of 300 mm thick rough stones with 400 to 450 mm long through stones at 1.5 m c / c over a backing of 150 mm thick 40 mm down graded coarse aggregate layer including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, laying to specified slope, wedging with chips, finishing etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Forteen - Providing and constructing 75 mm dia PVC pipe weep holes for concrete / masonry walls including providing200 x 200 x 200 mm size porous concrete block made of cement and 20 mm down coarse aggregate in 1 : 4 proportion including 100 mm thick sand backing at the junction of wall and soil back fill, cost of all materials, machinery, labour & all necessary works as directed and etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Sixteen - Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm, 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
