MI07 - Earthing: Providing and fixing and wiring earth electrode for grounding circuits IC cutouts and other equipments on the meter board in the pit. The pits should be filled up with equal proportion of salt and charcoal 150mm around the pipe to complete depth. The connection from the pipe to the conduits etc. is to established through GI wire of sizes as per clause 7.3.3 of IS 732 using 12mm bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts, the pipe shall have 16 through holes of 12mm dia etc.., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. MI09 - Supplying of spare parts to 100 HP oil lubricated DWT pump to facilitate from the site to workshop by removing motor turbine base, tee joint, column pipes, line shaft and bowl assembly etc., Complete, supplying of spare parts to bowl assembly by providing and fixing of gun metal casted, machining, turning, boring and finishing for required sizes and fixing of suction and discharge case bearing, Interstage case bearing, supplying of spare parts to trueness and truing of bowl assembly stainless shaft with S.S welding, turning, maching for orginal dimensions of the shaft, supplying of spare parts to trueness and trucing the impeller including Inner finishing for shaft sizes and externally machining to requied sizes, supplying of spare parts to the TT nut with replacing new GM bush, supplying of spare parts to stuffing box by Job means of boring, turing, and internally left hand thearding for oil tube sizes, supplying of spare to gland rope for TT nut, supplying of spare parts to adopter screw gun metal bearing incuding cost of new gun metal bush and machining for bowl assembly shaft sizes, supplying of Work spare parts to line shaft of all sizes including welding and turning for required sizes, supplying of spare parts to oll tubes by cutting both ends of each 5 ft length oil tube including jionting of new MS tubes suitable for oil tubes with internally left hand turning for bearing sizes, supplying of spare parts to oil lubricated gun metal bearings suitable pattern casted internally machining and finishing fot line shaft sizes and externally turning machining and left hand treading as per the sample original bearing supplying of spare parts to bolts and nuts packing rubber gland rope etc, jointing materials after attending all repairs same as to facilited from work shope to site and re errection of pump after attending job works including assembling all the parts with errection and trail running ect,. complete etc.., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. MI06 - Providing and fixing Structural Steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery etc.., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. MI10 - Rewinding of monoblock motor with copper insulaton wire suitable gauge as per ISI specification with all necessary materials and labour,tools and equipments with guarantee period of not less than 12 months 100HP monobloc motor rewinding etc.., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. MI05 - Providing & fixing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete as per design drawings (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per the direction of Engineer in charge.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 g/ sqm etc.., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.
