MI05 - Supplying of Spare parts to 40 H P oil lubricated CF pump to facilitate from site to workshop by removing motor turbine base, tee joint, column pipes, line shafts and bowl assembly etc., complete, Supplying of Spare parts to bowl assembly by providing and fixing of gun-metal casted, machining, turning, boring and finishing for required sizes and fixing of suction and discharge case bearing, interstage case bearing, Supplying of Spare parts to trueness and trueing of bowl assembly stainless shaft with S S welding, turning, machining for original dimensions of the shaft, Supplying of Spare parts to trueness and trueing the impeller including inner finishing for shaft sizes and externally machining to required sizes, Supplying of Spare parts to TT nut with replacing new GM bush,Supplying of Spare parts to stuffing box by means of boring, turning and internally left hand threading for oil tube sizes, Supplying of Spare parts to gland rope for TT nut, Supplying of Spare parts to adopter screw gun metal bearing including cost of new gun metal bush and machining for bowl assembly shaft sizes,Supplying of Spare parts to line shafts of all sizes including welding and turning for required sizes, Supplying of Spare parts to oil tubes bycutting both ends of each 5 ft length oil tube including jointing of new M S tubes suitable for oil tubes with internally left hand threading for bearing sizes, Supplying of Spare parts to oil lubricated gun metal bearings suitably pattern casted, internally machining and finishing for line shaft sizes and externally turning, machining and left hand threading as per the sample original bearing, Supplying of Spare parts to bolts and nuts packing rubber, gland rope, etc., jointing materials, after attending all repairs same has to facilitate from workshop to site and Re erection of pump after attending job works including assembling all the parts with erection and trail running etc., complete

MI03 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for bed lining of canal including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing with all other ancillary operations etc.., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. MI04 - Winding of 50/40Hp VHS 3 phase induction motor Kirloskar/jothi/Croption greaves make motor with B Class insulating material such as triple papers emperor cloth cotton tape varnish Oil air dry fiber glass sleeves legs stripping with 7/16 end connection and suitable for above motor HTP ISI make class1 warking with 100c heat gauge enamel coated and insulating copper winding wire requiredas per original make. Labour charges to lifting and the above motor including transportion charges from site to workshop and return to site and overoiling and trail runat site etc complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.
