Surface Drains in Soil New:- Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions to the requirement of clause 301 and 309. Excavated material to be used in embankment within a lead of 1000 metres including all lead, lifts, all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete.

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm: Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2, including cost of all materials, all labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking,transporting etc., complete Grading -II 13mm (Nominal Size)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffic control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 cm2 on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.as per MoRTH specification 806.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67, as per clauses including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.

BILL NO.2: MAINTENANCE IN EMERGENCY

BILL NO -3 : PERFORMANCE BASED PAVEMENT REPAIR & ROAD MAINTENANCE

Providing treatment and repair to potholes/ruts of any depth/patch repair of all types of bitumen pavement complete as per Technical Specification Clause 3004.2 and as per direction of Engineer by using paving grade bitumen/emulsion/cold ready mix material. The Job includes removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per Clause no.503, back filling with material of equivalent specification to the original construction and finished with 40mm thick BC layer as per Clauseno.507.Compacting trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface all as per Clause no.3004.2 of Technical Specifications. and other items mentioned in Clause3 of Section7 of contract agreement such as C&G, maintenance of Shoulder, maintenance of sign boards, Maintenance of drains, culverts, crash barrier, concrete railing etc.
