RCC Pipe NP 4 heavy duty non presure pipe 300 mm dia including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of Dry lean Cement Concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate as per table 600-1 conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing to the required grade, level and alignment, including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, with a lead of mixed material (Compacted thickness). including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approved grade cement at 400 kg/Cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, coarse aggregate as per table 600-3, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver with electronic sensor spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing, to the required grade, level and alignment,textured with texturing machine, finishing and curing including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, with a lead of mixed material (Compacted thickness).including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete, with lead of mixed material (Compacted thickness).including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, including for emulsion..over WMM/WBM surface. including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, including for emulsion. (A) On Granular surfaces treated with primer.including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG 10 grade bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, including for bitumen. including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material , excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- 50-75 mm compacted thickness. including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 per cent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, inclduing for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material , excluding cost of primer/ tack coat - 50mm compacted thickness. (ii) Grading 1 with 5.20% Bitumen (50 mm compacted thickness) (a) Using 60/70 Grade (VG-30) Bitumen]30-40mm including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Commercial Traffic Axle load repetitions upto 10MSA & for Residential Streets of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (WMM/WBM Base to be paid separately as per relevant technical specification) including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

‘Repairs to Machinehole for different depths including removal of debris, levelling the brick masonry, construction of brick masonry upto Ground level, providing CC coping alround the MH cover, plastering both inside and outside to the brick masonry and fixing of manhole frame and cover, curing, refilling with appurtenances complete including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Direction and Place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm Size Board.Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick or Aluminum composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4mm with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm fixed over back support frame of min 35 x 35 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.20 mm thick, 3.60mtrs hight, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing, including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs. Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.90 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67, as per clauses including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Earthwork excavation for roadway in soil by manual means including loading, unloading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead. including loading, unloading, labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete (Excavated material to be transported mechanically) including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

 Providing & laying Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 [1:1:2] for solid slab superstructure using granite / trap / basalt aggregates using 20mm and downsize and clean sieved approved fine aggregates including mixing mechanically in Concrete Mixer laid in layers not exceeding 15cms thick layers, as per Drawing including cost of all materials, formwork, centring, vibrating , compacting, hire charges of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete. (including cost of steel and fabrication charges) including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, lead lift, transporting etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing TMT Steel bar reinforcement conforming to IS-1786, FE-500 Grade designation as per table 1000-3 including straightening bars, cutting, bending, hooking, binding with approved quality binding wire after placing in position, tieing, lapping and or welding wherever required and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary as per drawing (laps, hooks and wastages shall not be measured and paid) including cost of all materials, bar bending charges, labour, lifts etc., complete. inclduing for steel. Dismantling of Structures: Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 meters including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete.  Providing & laying Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete M 20 [1:1.5:3] in substructure for Abutment / Pier Cap using granite/trap/basalt aggregates using 20mm and downsize and clean sieved approved sand including mixing mechanically in Concrete Mixer laid in layers not exceeding 15cms thick layers, as per Drawing including cost of all materials, formwork, centring, vibrating , compacting, hire charges of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete including for cement.
