Surface Drains in Soil New:- Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions to the requirement of clause 301 and 309. Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. , excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- 50-75 mm compacted thickness. Grading - II

Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete. Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Grading - II

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for subgrade construction including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.
